It does matter. Unless you like leaving money on the table (see: Xbox 1). The PS2 proved (to even Sony) a console CAN stay relevant, even when new tech is released. I think it would be a mistake for MS to try and go neck and neck with Sony in terms of longevity. There isn't a doubt in my mind that we will see huge differences in the titles coming from both camps.

The Lost and the Damned are the fools that pay $20 or more for that DLC. I'll be one of the many playing Killzone 2 and NOT GTAIV. Lol. It's even absurd reading. It's like saying God of War 3 needs to watch out cause Ninja Gaiden 2's DLC is coming! Lol. So?
I'm giving props to Xbox Street Gang for having one of the few handles and avatars on N4G, that makes me laugh. In a good way. That sh!t is funny! Bubbles!
The concerns are legitimate. I too would be concerned as the track record for EA/Value PS3 ports is sh!t. That said, IF the PS3 version becomes a reality, the only reason I would buy (already owning the 360 version) is if the PC mods were available.
