Probably because you're about 30 minutes into it.
Wait until you get 30 HOURS into it.
I'm about 113 hours into Skyrim and the damn thing borders on the unplayable half the time. This is the last time I ever purchase a game made by them again, no hyperbole.
it will be because of this game.
The world does not need more zombies in its video games, for crying out loud. More PS3 exclusives like Flower pls, less like Dead Nation.
I played a lot of games that in retrospect I probably shouldn't have, and that my parents should have been a bit more strict on what I was allowed to play. But bless 'em, they were such technophobes that they were oblivious or just ignorant to how messed up some of the stuff I was playing actually was.
I think if you're sane of mind then you're ready for most mature games, but there are some exceptions, and being of a young age when you're at your most ...
The PS3 has plenty of legs yet, and I think Sony will stick by their ten-year-life-cycle mantra. They'll carry on developing for it well after the PS4 is out and finding its place in the world.
Naughty Dog or bust.
is the 3rd of February. Scheduled to come out that day is Soulcalibur V, NeverDead, FFXIII-2 and Captain Morgane And The Golden Turtle. 4 anticipated games all out on the same day is a major mindbender for me. And then after that in the same month is SSX, Jak & Daxter HD Collection, Twisted Metal, the Vita and its multitude of launch titles.
March is the least of my worries.
where every single character isn't bisexual.
I was waiting for the titties but the titties didn't happen.
Who wouldn't be excited, apart from all the Nintendo fanboys calling foul because Sony have stolen the idea for Smash Bros and used in for their own video game creations. Anyone who owned a PS1/PS2 as a kid and/or owns a PS3 now will surely leap at the chance to pit certain Playstation icons against each other. I personally relish the thought of playing as PaRappa, Nathan Drake or (high hopes here) Robbit in an all-out brawler. There are many more fondly thought-of characters that I ho...
Oh God, I've been watching too much porno.
Those PS1 platformers had a certain charm that todays gen just can't hope to replicate.
Take my money Ninja Theory.
To be fair, the bulls**t Vita article happened BECAUSE of GamePro finishing. Writer had nothing to lose.
I always quite fond of GamePro. Wouldn't say I trusted them wholly as a source for reviews, but they were often a good read. Sad news.
It was like when Ryan Dunn died, and the world pleaded in response "God...give us back Dunn, take Justin Beiber instead." In this case it's "God...give us back GamePro, take Destructoid instead."
*rages*
Ermmm, so to compile the exclusives mentioned in reply...
Final Fantasy XIII Versus
The Last Guardian
Starhawk
Sorcery
Twisted Metal
...there's also The Jak & Daxter HD Collection, Journey and Yakuza: Dead Souls. That's plenty!
Anyway, I hope the exclusive is Shenmue III, because I have a hard time believing that would happen.
I'd love a sequel for FFVIII; I adore that game. But knowing Square Enix, they would just make a mockery of it or something.
I think I am cry. Come on guys, not only were the JumpingFlash! games strictly Playstation only, Robbit was one of the earliest contenders for platforming mascot of the system. The games are underrated classics, Robbit remained faithful to the PS1 and never jumped ship to another console, plus...he can jump! Really high!! And then jump again while in mid-air!!1!
Glad to see Klonoa getting some recognition; he'd be perfect too.
