It is, however, missing Puppeteer, Rain, Tearaway, Soul Sacrifice and Ni no Kuni. Those are games that are shaping up to be awesome experiences I cannot wait for.
Yes, even more so than Elena and Chole. If that's considered sacrilege then burn me at the stake. Tap that ass Drake!
Magnificently well put together. A bit slow during certain sections, like Nariko Vs Dante, but otherwise there's little to fault it for. Looks incredible visually, has an eye-popping art style, and the character interactions are ingenious. Highlights are Sackboy and Little Sister hugging, Heihachi tossing Dante into outerspace and anything involving Sir Dan. Great song choice too.
Now I'm well and truly hyped.
truly rocks the Parappa hat.
Along with Tearaway's Iota - you know it makes sense. And if there IS a sequel, then I hope SuperBot delve deeper into Playstation's history and allow some of those more obscure creations like Robbit, Vibri, Gabriel Logan, Alundra and Dart or Rose from Legend of Dragoon become playable characters.
Man I love that game - I'm amazed people still remember it. I still own my original copy! Wasn't quite as good as PaRappa The Rapper, but it was still full to the brim with charming characters and top tunes.
That's why Capcom's very own Resident Evil 6 is struggling to make back the money spent on its development.
Oh wait.
But if it really comes down to it then go for Battle Royale. I've been playing the beta relentlessly and it's dirty fun.
Not bad otherwise. And the game looks like riotous fun.
Can't wait to give the demo a try - I hope I enjoy it!
to be the best platformer of 2013. Terry Gilliam meets LittleBigPlanet... looks sublime.
Wow, vibrant isn't the word.
then it should be.
I've got the Collector's Edition pre-ordered already, now it's just the waiting game. I'm hoping this is the JRPG that brings me back to the glory days of the PS1 era.
It's all the more clear when you look at this gen and realise how far JRPGs have fallen from their former glory. Really reflects better on the PS1-era Squaresoft games when they can represent the genre in a far better light than the games made now. VII a timeless classic. Pretty much every facet of it is iconic and unforgettable, from the music to the characters to the environments to the material system. Plus it actually made turn-based combat fun.
There will never...
because it's exclusive to the Vita, whereas Most Wanted isn't.
She's pretty smoking. She'd have to dress her age though, lest I feel like a paedo.
It's all over the place, particularly when exploring the town and when the game auto saves. Then there's the Homeless side-quest that unlocks different doors in the subway, which allow for short-cuts to different parts of town. It's glitched to hell, with doors refusing to open, which meant that if I wanted to access another part of town I had to take the long route. There's another bug I encoutered a couple of times where enemies chase after you, but don't attack, so t...
if the PS3 patch drastically improves the game's performance. Downpour is one of my favourite games of the year, but it was really blighted by the myriad of technical faults and glitches that were inherent throughout. If the frame rate is kept sturdy and the subway glitch is fixed, I'm happy to play through it again during this Halloween season.
That's a pretty sweet deal if there's a lot more additional content. I hope we get this offer in the UK.
