Quantic Dream have never made a sequel. That's a rare and commendable trait for a developer to have in this age where typically a successful new IP will result in numerous follow-up installments until the cash cow has been well and truly milked dry.
I think it's safe to say everyone would rather have Beyond: Two Souls as opposed to Heavy Rain 2.
My amount of playthroughs will be determinded by the trophy list. Needs that platinum.

This is how I eventually discovered the game, despite being disinterested in the franchise ever since playing the first installment when it came out. Constantly seeing it in the hottest new stories on N4G and finally relenting and having to see what all the fuss is about. The more noise the hardcore DMC fans make, the more widespread attention they give it. I now have the naysayers to thank for making this one of my most anticipated games of next year.

Never played Dark Cloud, but MediEvil, The Legend of Dragoon, Jumping Flash! and PaRappa The Rapper are all varying degrees of excellence that all deserve to make a comeback.
Seriously - kudos for having Jumping Flash! in there. Most underrated franchise ever.
considering they could have used that awesome concept art of Dante surrounded by the angels in the nightclub instead. But no matter - day one. This game keeps looking better and better, and the footage unveiled at Gamescom was fantastic. Will probably be my first gaming purchase of 2013.
