iv never really been interested in getting an anoying voice message from some random, or chatting to one of my mates while playing a game...seems like its not necessary.
ps store has been awful for ages tho, far too slow and too difficult to find what you want.
when i play online tho, all i want to do is pop a game in, have a wee 1 or 2 hour game, then done.

i might be mistaken but it was originally a different development team that created the idea using the half-life engine. not an afterthought. would be awesome if it was implemented into the next half-life game tho.
i loved it. thought the progression of the puzzle difficulties were perfect and the theme and feel of the game both very unique. brilliantly creative game design.
without motion controls nobody would give sorcery a second glance.
with motion controls it looks quite fun but not my cup of tea.
the reason people play games like halo and mw2 is because they are arcade-y, pick up and play, extremely satisfying games. i dont think killzone is necessarily any of those things but does that make it a worse game...not to me. (mw2 is shite)

why do people think its ok to get charged for a service which pc, ps3 and wii get for free. paying for electricity, isp, live and then more for these games is getting ridiculous.
why is the majority of the opinion that xbox live is far superior than psn? i switch on the ps3, plug in a game then play an hour or two online... then done. how is that so much worse than what xbox offers? do people just prefer it because they have lots of friends that play too? cos that seems mo...
if there is something similar in the UK? I see Hulu may be coming over here but what would it actually offer? Would it offer the tv channels you get from freeview? or more like Sky? And films?

yes this guy is pretty rubbish but its incredibly tough to not try a handbrake turn round every corner and generally drive too fast for the track. iv never been into driving sims because they are extremely hard. and im not very good at them. i remember playing sports car gt (i know, not a proper driving sim) with damage on and after driving a perfect race for over half an hour, making one mistake and bang...race over. infuriating.
this is actually the only reason to go on Home...to piss people off and just have a laugh. takes up too much hard drive space for how shit it is lol. Home users cant take a joke either...and dont like getting beaten at chess.

imo kinect is not a good product and is definately not good value for money. The 360 itself is brilliant because of the good games but kinect does not share that description.

i for one would love a system such a steam integrated into consoles. its extremely convenient and easy to use. pretty much every other type of digital media is available through downloads...films, music... so why not games. we should at least have the option.

Steam allows users to download games from 20 years ago...wolfenstein 3d, as does psn. I think downloading games games is brilliant, it should at least be an option. Look at the way downloading music has become incredibly popular. Why should games not have that OPTION too?
