Above everything, I love the new color palette. KZ3 was nice too, but this is just beautiful lol. Can't wait, got this baby preordered.
@Huf
Lol what? What are you saying? Good grief, type, then proofread, it usually works wonders.
You went there already, huh Georgie? Well here's a dignified response: Your choice is yours, your opinion is yours, have fun on your Xbox One, I'll have fun on my PS4. I see we're both excited for next gen.
Make your one bubble worth something, man....
It is to me! It's been a lot of fun planning what I'm doing on launch day (for the PS4). The PS4 is the first console I ever preordered, I got a job just to pay for it lol, and I'm going to feel like a kid on Christmas when I get it. And I'm gonna have fun online lol. Just have to pay off my games, and find out when/where I can get a warranty.
Oh I'm stupid. I completely misread your comment at first. Disregard me.
Nope, you don't. Sony confirmed that today.
Where do we stand? I don't know. Me though, got the PS4 paid off, now I'm just trying to pay for my launch games. And planning my launch day (midnight) routine. Do pizza places take midnight orders? I'd assume so, but...you never know lol.
I'm certainly excited for it. I likes my JRPGs. A little real-time action doesn't seem too bad to me.
As long as second-screen stuff is implemented right (not gimmicky-feeling), it could be interesting. That phone call thing in Dead Rising sounded interesting. Imagine if you're playing a game where someone gets kidnapped and you have to rescue them. What if they periodically called you (YOU) and were crying for help (for tone, think of the beginning of TWD -- the voicemails) or giving you a clue to where they were. It would certainly add to the emotion and intensity of the experience.
I think/wish they should/would reveal a new LBP, among other exclusives. Oh, how much I (and many others) would love that. Imagine it. A 3D LBP. Gamescom needs to hurry up so my imagination doesn't run too wild.
@DaGR8
Cool, cool lol.
@Alexander
Those are the three games I'm getting too! But I'll probably be on BF4 the most haha.
Battlefield 4 maybe (if you're a fan)? Lol 64 players man! Beauty.
A lot of these game "journalists", some of which I believe are glorified bloggers, aren't good at being professionals. They focus on hits and emotion more than objectivity and actual reporting. That's why you see so many bait articles on "Why [X] is better then [Y]". Which in turn makes some of the people who like to justify their purchase reiterate points over and over again as to why their choice is better. That just breeds hate and the spread of misinformation. ...
It's gonna be great, no doubt about it. Planning my launch day ritual now. ^_^
And as for the article's part about PS+ and backwards compatibility, Gaikai is supposed to give BC, and I personal believe that PS+ is more than worth the price of admission. I get to play so many games I never would've thought about or looked at before. It's great.
Well they have my preorder, and apparently a lot of others. They're definitely going to have an advantage at launch. I just want the freaking release date. November my ass, I want late October lol. The sooner I see Battlefield with 64 players (66 technically) in 1080p and 60fps, the better. I say that because BF3 was kid of choppy and empty at times, depending on the server.
And I WANT PERSONA 5 AT TGS, I DEMAND IT WITH CAPS. Lol but seriously if they announce that or so...
Simply put, gamers overall. We get more games, we get better games that try to outdo one another (which gets us better stories, gameplay, graphics, etc.), we get new and exciting features...in other words we get more experiences and features that cater to the hobby/passion we love so much and then some. And we also get more strides in online gaming as well. I've played mostly offline/single player games for the last few years, and have been focusing on older games that I never got to get ...
Ohhh I get it now, thanks. Silly me.
Can't wait. GAMES! But uhh.. John Travolta? I don't understand lol. What does PF have to do with this?
Well I haven't had the opportunity to play Hitman, so it's alright in my books! My friends told me good things about it.
Dude..you're like...the best. Lol those better be some damn grateful friends!
