Dylan Jobe, Evan Wells, and Ted Price all went on record saying that they own 360s. Heck, someone from Insomniac(Ryan or Jeff) went to XBOX LIVE's Major Nelson show and gave out his gamertag, and talked about how he loved the games on 360, and how he can't wait for Halo 3, etc. etc.

Just take a look at Sony's 2008 lineup. Just look at it. If Sony doesn't delay any of their games scheduled for next year(they'll probably delay a couple), then Sony has no competition. I understand what you were saying, and if Blurays weren't used for gaming, I'd completely agree with you, but it is being used for games. Ok, so not many games are taking advantage of it now, but you can bet in the future that games will require more data and it'll all be held on 1 blu-ray. It's just like PS2. At least when Sony added the cost of Bluray in thier machine, it added value to game developers and consumers. Anytime you go on the XBOX LIVE Marketplace, you'll usually see banners for a new movie or TV show. Microsoft invested a ton of money into the Video Marketplace, and that's money that they could've spent on....um, better hardware?
I dont see how it has any advantages over my iPod touch except the price. Anyone who is even considering this should look at an iPod Touch(jailbroken, of course). And after using Sony's portable browser on the PSP, I just hope the Mylo is better. Of course, iPod Touch and iPhone have the best browsers in any mobile device.
Compared to games like Uncharted, Crysis, and Killzone 2, I don't see how this looks that good. It looks great, but it definitely shouldn't have taken 10 years to come out with what they showed in the trailer.

Since 2008 is too packed for anymore games, we might as well have GoW3 packed in our arsenal for 2009. PS3 is just beginning, and I think the first sign of that was the 400K+ they sold in a month, and a spectacular exclusive by the creators of Gears of War: Unreal Tournament 3.

A lot of games including Warhawk and Uncharted are upscaled to 1080i, not by the PS3, but by the developers.
