I was definitely effected by this, and EA were actually quick to say that there's issues and then later tell us what happened.
Seems like EA got the message.
It looks like Microsoft is trying to target the Wii with the Next Xbox, and target the PS4 with the PC gaming.
But then Steam is targeting the Xbox Next AND Windows with their Linux gaming system. And then Nintendo is still targeting... the PS2?

Personally, I think it's an issue with their game engine, because the other games were pretty... interesting in the performance department.
Considering that there's already been performance benchmarks with ddr2 vs ddr3, I'd say we're safe with Gddr5. Even though ddr2 has a lower latency, ddr3 beat it's pants off.
That has a lot to do with how their accounts work. With PSN, I can sign on to my brother's account (if activated) and download anything he's downloaded. There's even a Downloads History specific for his online account that makes it all super easy. But there's a limit to the amount of time you can activate (3) and you can only deactivate it from that console, or maybe from tech support and asking nicely.
