Wonderbook was ONE so called game. Yeah, it was painfully slow, but it wasn't THAT LONG. My goodness people.
Watch Dogs looked sweet. The rest of the conference was a blur. I think there was Assassin's Creed somewhere in there, somehow running through an army and killing the general?

That was the one 'gimic' in the entire show. On the other hand, microsoft and nintendo's were opposite; mostly gimic, and less awesome games.

I say cudos (or however you spell that) to the people that came up with it. The first product never really is as good. (pseye the first time round was terrible, kinect did a better 'camera only' approach.)
I REALLY wish they could have upgraded the pseye a while ago. Other than that, it's a cool concept. People need to remember that this game is the first, and was made by an author of a popular series. (which makes it attractive to the kids, but painful to watch and play.)
And I thought the kids reading/playing were a dead giveaway O.o

A compromise wouldn't be too bad. Like, bundling one without an external hard drive/bluray player, then bundling one with both.
Not if people liked it. As in, for people who could afford awesome internet, it would probably be a must (versus other consoles that is, and also assuming that those people can afford a game console).
YodaCracker is right about 'chances', but he means, without any knowledge or information about anything any of them are doing.
With what will probably go down, Sony will have the best chance. I'd say after that it's Halo, Gears of War, and whatever big game they have vs Nintendo Wii U and whatever popular games they have (which they always do, it's just a given)
And then there's the possibility of new hardware announcements.
