Amen.
Yes, and no. If you were spotted, and ran behind cover, the marker would stop there, and go away.
So, lets say there was no one else on your team looking in his direction. You spot him, you drop into cover, and it disappears.
When someone is spotted, as long as someone from the other team has him visible somehow, he will remain spotted.
@ below. Think about it this way. Behind that bush! Behind that rock! It will hover over the last seen posi...
On the bright side, thanks to you I feel less stupid?
I didn't get the connection between glowing triangles and tortillas either...
They fixed it. EDIT: You need to HAVE SOMEONE (you, or on your team) actually looking at the person (currently) to have the marker follow.
Then again, the amount of SPAWN campers is practically non-existent. Of course you're going to camp the objective. It's called 'defending'. You're not going to run right at the objective without expecting someone to be shooting at you!
Hey, before you disagree, consider that you can spawn on your squad leader. Choosing where to spawn is pretty vital.
Ever hear of one bad apple spoils the whole barrel? Well for the few spotting spammers, c4 whores, really bad snipers, and gl noobs in the beta...
.
The following had been 'fixed' with:
-Spotting cooldown
-A maximum of 6 (or is it 4? I forgot...) C4s placed at a time. The same goes for antitank mines.
-If you enter a vehicle too soon after placing c4, your c4 will be broken. You can place infinite amo...
Almost forgot! lol
I'm just glad Sony at least learned from region locking.
Besides that, DVD has region locking on it, it was part of the problem. Still, DVD was the best thing out there at the time.
*sigh*
Don't get me wrong, I'm excited to see how CS will play, but articles like these make me want to strangle a baby :O
Besides, all I got out of it was that it will take away some of Activision and EA's monayz... As it should if it's a good game.
lol

Ha! I always used to kill everyone with dangerous roller-coasters, traps, and boats that never reach docks.
The difference being that there are two different shooters coming out from separate developers.
COD has two (main) studios working on the same game, and add developers to the MW series to get it out faster.
*points at COD*
Activision: "I'm not sure what you're referring to."
Only recently has it been milked. They got a different engine for Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3 and from there, it's been more-less the same. ODST was pretty cool, and it came with Halo 3 multiplayer + all DLC but they do keep coming out with DLC and what should be 'expansions'. That's why people call Halo milked
He spoke for me....
MOH and BF and BFBC are all of different types of shooters. I'm assuming the battlefield would alternate with Bad Company to go with MOH, until a few years when they have a nicely polished game like BF2, BF3. I'd figure this is better for us, because we won't be bored, and there's always something to look forward too.
*facepalm* They just started the MOH and BF yearly switch you idiot. DICE worked on MOH for the FIRST TIME. Besides, MOH is more of a COD type shooter (faster paced, kill-streaks) and BF is more of a tactical shooter.
Same here
It's loaded during any sort of cut-scene. It also helps that the game is linear.
