Am I the only one who really doesn't like how some things are retextured, specifically chief's visor, and the fact that all of the weapons/enemies/marines are the Reach designs?
I love how the crowd erupted as soon as Iwata mentioned Smash Bros. They didn't even let him finish his sentence XD
I just hope the remastered audio remains, even if you're playing with the classic graphics, cuz I feel that's how I'll play most of the game XD
I'm glad they finally cleared up the confusion regarding the developer of the game. Really relieved that Saber redid the graphics, since even though I'm greatly anticipating this remake, it would have been quite a setback for Halo 4's development.
Master Chief's visor looks obnoxiously wrong. It's nice to see an HD upgrade to CE, but I'm really hoping Halo 4 looks graphically a lot better than this.
Can you say fuck yes?
They saved the best presser for last definitely.
And another thing, I really hope we don't play as like 5 or 6 different characters like in Sly 3. That's the only thing that worries me about this concept art. : (
Really worries me about Sucker Punch not working on this, but how could one not be optimistically stoked regardless?
Okay I'm actually stoked on this now. There's some info here that really calmed my worries from the press conference trailer
That's in multiplayer, which is running on the Reach engine.
Single player is literally Halo 1 with some new textures running over top of it, which you can toggle on and off.
So stoked on this. The chief has been missed
I'm a borderline Halo fanboy, but this looks like garbage.
Graphically it looks fairly sharp, but this looks SO unpolished and this developer has already butchered the canon/storyline. Though I don't know the model number of each weapon, but why is all this Reach weaponry in the first Halo?
Honestly sounds too good to be true. I really don't believe this one.
Fuck you Rare.
That is of course unless Microsoft contracted a different developer to work on KS2.
God dammit I'm so sick of fable. Take a year or two off and recharge your batteries and let gamers have time to get excited for a new entry in the series. But who knows, it may be some sort of spin off too, so it's hard to say what this game really is.
I don't understand how anyone could care more about a handheld than a new console, especially a Nintendo console which is bound to shake up the current paradigm.
Looks like it's still running on the same engine *sigh*
If you read my post, I think you'd be able to sense a somewhat optimistic tone. I say that UC2 was a huge improvement over the first game and I hope for UC3 to be the same.
God forbid I take Naughty Dog's dick out of my mouth long enough to think for myself.
To be honest, the game looks like Uncharted 2.5 so far. I'm really hoping they blow this thing out of the water at E3 and is as much of an improvement as Uncharted 2 was over the first game.
I don't see how some people are knocking this. This looks incredible, even for just a tech demo.
