How about you?
Not all shooters are bad. But it's more than most genres. Although all genres today have loads of crap games I guess compared to retro generations I like to play more of myself.
How'd portal get into your list anyway? That's a 3-D platformer, NOT A SHOOTER..... -facepalm-
Terrible list. If anything these would be 100x better being left alone. FPS genre is garbage compared to these, since these games actually focus around a story with good gameplay. Multiplayer these days focuses on killing the other guy because he;s trying to kill you. NOT FUN.
Of course they're not done, they need more money and need to increase the investment to profit ratio still! A billion dollars is NOT ENOUGH for Activision!
LOL! That's multiplayer, that's supposed to re-playable no matter what. Main focus here is single player.
Not if it's done right. It's only worthless if the single player sucks. Haven't touched MW2's campaign twice, but I still play COD4s a lot. Then I also play my N64 a ton, SNES, and NES because the games are good. Probably on par with my Xbox when they're hooked up with my playing time. Especially N64, has so many amazing games.
Crystalis. That game was the best RPG/Action Adventure on the NES hands down, not even topped by the original Zelda. It's a shame it never got another game, a huge shame.
It's not fun for me because I always go 35ish and 6 and can't ever find a single person who's even in my realm. That's why I stick to Battlefield.
Doesn't matter, as long as they have them they're good enough.
Not if Steve Jobs didn't bless it.
I predict it'll go the way of Tony Hawk and Guitar Hero. You know the drill, Activision knows how to run franchises in the ground. They're very skilled at it.
MLG is proof that if you put enough losers on one team that somebody is bound to become a winner eventually.
Won't be worth it, you'll get $10 for all those games and it's worth more to just keep them and play them a couple times a week for nostalgia.
What is then?
I bet you're thinking of nominating BLACK OPZ. Lol!
ETA: Then why don't you tell us what you believe is better than just agreeing? Lol, you surely would have said that since you won't just say what's better. That or another Call of Duty.
You're looking at it wrong. The BIG apps will be on both because they will make more money that way, but the smaller ones that can only pick one will pick android. No developer fee, free SDK, many more devices than iOS. For somebody developing an app for one of them Android makes a lot more sense.
Of course it will. Developers will always support the one with an open OS and no fees to developer and even write your own OS for it. Nobody wants to work with apple stuff because to do that you have to enter the apple world, and then you're screwed because they own you then.
Incredible new amounts of destruction, a whole new realistic game engine on Frostbite 2, tons of vehicles with more each game, tons of HUGE maps. I mean, you're looking at this from BF2->BF3, right? I hope so! Because that's how it goes. BFBC1->2 just had a vastly improved destruction for buildings and controls and vehicle balancing. And not to mention it has a $15 DLC pack that's actually worth it with a new game mode and extra maps on top with even new vehicles! That per g...
All those lobbyists dude. Don't you know? He was pivotal in everything they did!
Nah, I think SMW>SMB 3>SM64==SMG's>SMB and then mix in the DS games. But I mean, none of them are bad anyway, give them all a shot. :)
They probably did this to get a tax break because it looks good for PR and that is only for that purpose. They didn't do a good thing because they could, it's Activision after all. Don't think it's all good in good faith, it's all for being a greedy business. It's good that the money went there instead of to the gov't, but it's still NOT as good as it seems.
