Exactly, that's something people need to realize, all business suck. And I'm all for making the customer happy and making sure they have everything but honestly I'd be conflicted giving money back for them falling for a scam. Keylogger: Yes, give it back. If they don't say no, they are for it 100%. Although while the companies CEO's do all the thing for it, the sad part is 90% of the people actually working for them don't. Doesn't matter though, it was voted down and every time they try to pass the crap the outcry will get louder and bigger until there's a revolt because it's about to pass.
On the programming side there's some amazing tricks programmers use to to get faster speed of the code and just to save memory or both. I think that every single aspect of it can be art. Of course the art is art, but even the program it's self to me is art, if it's not done carelessly like a _lot_ of software today it. [Honestly, most of it.]

New Animal Crossing
New Paper Mario, not that Super Paper Mario psuedo 3D bullcrap that sucked.
New Pokemon Snap
New Pikmin as stated above
New Crystalis game (I'll die before that happens, but it's a wish, right?)
New IP that's fun and different that deals with being creative, anything along those lines.

The GenMobile is the official licensed Genesis portable and you put more games on an SD card to play.
And Retro Duos are a pile of crap. They have reversed duty cycles on their systems, and don't work with MMC5 mapper or the NES Power Pak. They also have mis-proportioned sounds on top of having the duty cycles wrong.
And whatever sound you must be "bumping" has wrong duty cycles on the NES side too, and it sounds like crap.

You want proof it's not hacking and only phishing? They didn't steal all the information. In the PSN case, they got access and took _everything_ because it's in their interest. Why "hack" only 5000 accounts if the punishment will be just as harsh if you do get caught? Simple, they didn't hack anything. If you really believe it's not phishing you need to learn how the whole internet things works and how easy it is to trick people who only know how to click buttons...

Warning: Retro-Duo consoles are known for being POS's, even for a crap clone. Buy at your own risk, as it probably doesn't work with many expansion chips. Making it take over 60% of your bullets to kill 1 person most of the time (EMAGs or you won't kill 2 people, ever) isn't balancing, it's garbage. That's what Black Ops tried to do. It may have seemed like it worked for most people to say "Oh well now it's balanced!" but it's not, really. COD4 is balanced. Guns had good power, can kill 2 up to 3 people with standard magazine, and was right in every way. Them trying to make it better broke it, and it hasn't...

While I agree, Microsoft knew to not let them do that but they let them slip because it was a 1st-party company and that hurt. Although IMO they just need to compress them better instead as H3's maps shouldn't take more than 10 seconds on the 360. The only excuse IMO is bad coding and compression. I wonder if they were even compressed.... :P
Some guns are a little overpowered, but that's about it, the core gameplay is nailed. One thing that needs fixed? Bigger TDM maps, way too many people on them. Nothing else needs changed for me though, although I really hate the time it takes to do stuff like reload and crouch and get up from being prone and all that, it's so slow.

Halo's campaign is a joke starting with 3, I don't care what you say. But some pretty good games on the list. Although it makes me sad that these are all pretty much the best and it's true, good games to bad games proportion is so much higher than older generations. :/
