Darn, I thought it'd be an actual application and somewhat decent, oh well. :/ Still neat though, just not as serious...
Hopefully, although I mean nobody needs a person to give them ideas when the programmers know what's going to happen. It takes a day to create an idea for a whole game, but months to years programming it. Dino mode included. :3 :)
Don't need to design a game that's 99% done, makes sense. Maybe they're moving him to the dino hoard development team. ;D
Mainly because it follows the money. Don't listen to anybody, that should be a rule on life. Judge for yourself, don't buy it unless you've tried it.
That. Don't be a fish.
I meant fake as in it didn't do anything, it was just there to show off what it was supposed to work like and show how users could more than likely function with it. :)
That ones a fake image, but at one point in time there was a really early mock up made, although I doubt the hardware was anything near the middle of prototyping or even remotely functional. More than likely just a demo unit to test ideas on for parts of it, maybe early software, etc. It'd be interesting to think about Nintendo going for an optical SNES add on that was much different from the main system and not just a FDS device. :)
It does look pretty good, in a weird way. I like the style, but as for the only reason, I don't believe so, it just looks like a nice addition to what the game has to offer. Looks really good from that video, I'll have to pick it up.
F2 F2! F2 F4! F2 F5! I had those spot command buttons for BF1942 memorized in the day, and can still recite them, since I have played it kinda recent. That game still is amazing. I miss when it was bigger, but oh well. DICE still makes great games on the same scale, so the fun with it is not lost. :D
Gamestops the one who sucks, not people. You go to buy a game, you're not always a f*****g moron! They they try to buy your used games for $1, try to make you pay to get a "better buy and sell rate on used games!" and it's a total scam of a store, horrible store. Stop trying to sell me 80 things when I want to buy one damn game.
Shh, it's a secret to everyone. ;)
Nintendo wouldn't let any studio touch the big games though. Spin offs that aren't important, sure. Like they keep Initi creates japan work on Paper Mario still, but even then you think Nintendo doesn't go through and make sure their staff is up to snuff with theirs and follows their rules? lol.
I love how the articles tries to make it seem like Nintendo would outsource programming for one of their games, a snowballs chance in hell they would ever do that. Although a WiiU game, maybe, although it seems like a lot of garbage is being pulled out of thin air here.
Defender and Stargate, the two best side scrolling space shooters to ever grace gaming. :D Man I need to get back playing those. D:
When the next system is announced it'd be stupid to buy it instead of waiting, of course it will happen. There's not a console it hasn't happened to.
I honestly won't buy near as many games if I don't get a disk, never. Never. I'll treat myself to more NES games than having to basically rent them for full price and get nothing.
Since when is multiplayer the only thing that matters? Exactly. And Halo Reach isn't even close to the quality of MP Halo 3 is, they ruined it.
Bethseda needs to look into these console specific issues now, because the "no patch promise" is BS. But good job DICE.
Last year the 3DS was gonna fail harder than the n-gage and fall into the depths of bad system hell....and then Nintendo laughed it to the bank. Sony will do the same, just shut up with these stupid articles.
Famicom's Castlevania end levels make NES Battletoads look easy, just throwing that out their as Battletoads may be really really hard, but it's not the hardest. Even Castlevania isn't the hardest either. You can dig forever and find harder and harder games.
And the articles writes "Top 10 NES soundtracks" list also sucks...man, Megaman 3 at #9? That's a joke.
