Make multiplayer free. Give me 10% off all digital releases. Give me the 48 games per year (2 Xbox One/Xbox 360). Release a PC Xbox 360 emulator app. I'll gladly fork over $60/year.

Neo is super flawed. It'll be succeeded by the PS5 in 2-3 years max. Seems like it would be an absolute waste to get a NEO unless you are just joining the PS community.
The Scorpio however is significantly more powerful than even the Neo based on the leaked specs. It is truly a next gen console and I fully expect it to be as powerful or close to as many high end PCs simply because it has a closed architecture and it'll be able to get more power per FLOPS than a comp...
Neo is mid gen. SCORPIO is new gen.

Scorpio is just the Xbox 2. It's not anomalous to have a new console after 4 years. The good thing though is it will maintain backwards and forwards compatibility.
It may not be on the same time scale as phones but it is still mobile-like, and moreso than the Scorpio. Actually, the Neo upgrade looks very similar to the Apple model of enhanced upgrades to the previous model before the big number change. I see this happening.
