Thanks!
What a strange one this is, just trolls? Or just seriously confused call centre staff.
Thanks again for clearing that up, I thought I had read the whole article. But now I check back and its there right at the end of the piece.
This is a sorry state of affairs.
Simply remove the policy of not being able to play again, problem solved.
Does any other publisher/distributor hold this same policy? I've never heard of such a thing.
I cant play it for more than a few hours at a time. As soon as I feel the boredom creeping in, I stop. So that I can still come back to it.
I love experiencing new planets! But the grinding nature is very lack luster.
I made the mistake with elite dangerous by playing way beyond boredom and now I just can't put it back on.
Maybe they can make some magic with DLC...
Too right its difficult. Love to see the look on my Mrs. face if I came home with this game looooool.
Love his reasoning, Western gamers would rather punch and shoot things in VR... While eastern gamers just want girls girls girls!!! dirty pervs.
A 9! From Edge!!!
I must be dreaming...
Hey joeorc,
I should have been even more specific than I was. I should have said is MS are stating that the traditional console model will cease to exist for them.
Naturally, Sony and Nitty don't beat the same drum, so of course as you state, the playing field is unique to each manufacturer.
The way the article is titled leads the reader to perceive that there will be no more consoles.
MS are stating that the traditional console cycle will cease to exist and move to a more service based approach around multiple devices, a console being one of them, A-La Project Scorpio.
There will still be a console and console gaming, just not the way that we are used to.
Again, Greenberg did NOT say the words "...this will be the last console generation...
Really? definitely not bull shots?
It looks stunning!
no.... waiting for scorpio. Stop tempting me...
Same!
They never said that.
""We're basically saying, "This isn't a new generation; everything you have continues forward and it works." We think of this as a family of devices.""
lol,
What were they thinking?
We shall see...
Hey Neonridr,
I hear what you are saying.
If I open Pandora's box and start lamenting about what NMS could have been I will just get depressed.
I so agree with you about lore and mystery, it is so devoid of substance... Oh no, I opened it!
Damn it!
Guess I'm lucky then.
100 Degrees FOV
Max Generation
Max settings
60FPS almost consistent.
Output to 1080p LED TV, it looks great except if you look at the ground textures, ugh!
Everything is running smoothly for me. I get the occasional judder or hang for a few seconds but not vey often.
I'm running it on a i7 6800k, GTX980ti and 32gb RAM, Windows 10 Pro.
I can only be responsible for my own behaviour. Throughout my years on this site I have always remained fair and understanding. Always trying to douse the flames, trying to speak with logic and reason. I am a gamer of every platform and I love the industry, my working career is dedicated to it.
Every day is the same around here, just the target shifts. Today it is NMS tomorrow it will be something else.
Problem is people don't seem to know how to deal with thei...
and that is cool.
At no point did I say it was an epic game. It is a indie space exploration game, nothing more.
I think it is fun, and I have enjoyed it for brief spells. But I am not trying to make anyone like it or buy it. I am simply pointing out the stupid amount of hate that is spilling forth.
No, nothing wrong with you.
Just stop hating. Simple really. if you don't like it, step off.
Snakeeys, you are a complete tool.
I read the word SPOILER and I immediately closed the page.
A real A$$hole.
Ok... No specifics, but enough breadcrumbs to lay a trail. C'mon Sean, some meatier weapons for space battles, auto craft things like bypass chips when needed, offset creature animations so they are not all walking in formation, spice up the AI.
I wanna love this game, I like it in short bursts but some simple things can really change things up. Currently it is not greater than the sum of it's parts... and this game really should be. I feel the love Hello Games put ...
