Im sorry for any misunderstanding, I am not hating on PSVR. I'm personally saying that its not for me due to the lower rez now that i have oculus.
I also stated that I have noticed the screen door on occasions.

Good to hear that point one is taken care of by PSVR.
Point two is really my focus as the pixel grid is not a huge issue but noticeable in certain situations.

I've heard many different opinions about that.
All I know is when playing a game like adrift, where you have a crystal sharp hud in the foreground, a pretty good resolution on the play area and then a slightly blurry skybox background, as you move around and see all layers moving against each other with parallax, resolution is EVERYTHING. I can already see the cracks in fidelity.

Had the oculus for just under a week. I notice the pixel grid quite frequently, resolution is great but noticeable.
Now I have the Rift, I could never go down to a lower resolution such as the PSVR. It would be really annoying to step down in fidelity. I already want a higher res so I totally get what this guy is saying.

I live, work and teach 3D and game design in London at degree level, so I experience it all the time.
Pokemon is banned in my lectures as well as any discussions about it. Im teaching people how to create fantastic worlds, characters and interactions, not how to become vegetables.
Since 'Go' came out, a number of my students have slipped in their performance and attention because they are on pokemon crack and they just cant stop.
No probs! My oculus arrived a few days ago and I am in VR heaven! Not gonna touch this game till VR support is released for it.
Haven't touched my PS4 or X1 since the oculus arrived, really didn't think I would be that impacted but damn son, VR really is sick!

I don't like it, gaming is a great escape, but there is also something called life. People who are outside are living, working, socialising. Pokemon Go has infiltrated the places of the living, filling them with zombies on mobiles walking into roads, lampposts, people, swinging their mobiles around like special snowflakes catching fairies in the wind.
Its annoying because it is like a virus, spreading into the public domain and disrupting normal flow.

Aside from the apps. I use cortana when I drive and quite frankly she is awesome. Music, calls text, specific journey searches, etc.
Then there is the office suite and one note that I use all the time that syncs across my surface pro, desktop and phone which makes life a lot easier.
