Sure you can "max out" the cpu and gpu loads but that doesn't mean you have full optimization of a system.
Devs claiming to max out a system within even the first three years of a consoles live cycle is idiotic.

I played the beta on multiple connections including a 4g mifi device and on my connection at my apartment that usually is prone to interference considering there are 30 other wifi networks within range.
Even so after 7 hours of game time I never had a issue getting into a game and was only dropped from a room once.
Damn it, I want this game so bad for my Vita, it seems perfect for it.
Killzone Mercenary comes out in just a week though so I'll have to hold out on it for now.

Hmm maybe they've chnged it since the last time I looked into it. That's cool then but if you're using VR and not rendering it in 3d then you're doing it wrong in my opinion. That of course brings you back to the rendering two images at once which makes my original comment still hold up.

Yea the oculus rift is 1080p now.
Whatever sony puts out for the ps4, I really doubt it will get the same quality as oculus rift quality though.
You have to have a screen for each eye, therefore the game has to render the image twice. It currently takes around $1300 in top of the line graphics cards ALONE (not to mention the price of the rest of the system) to get 60+fps in most games with oculus rift.

The screen is not even 720p technically so stuff like textures aren't as big. Also multiplayer is only 8 people instead of 32 on the consoles so the levels are smaller, meaning again less space.

Yea, that's my only gripe with the Vita. I can buy a 64gb micro sd card for $10 that is actually smaller than a vita card but a 16gb vita card is $50? Outrageous. You would think they would just use micro sd cards since they already allow regular laptop hdd/ssd to be used in the ps3/ps4. I don't get it.
Luckily I got a 16gb and 4gb card with my used Vita. Still I would much rather have 64gb especially on a system that has so much digital content.

This is very interesting. I do love overclocking my system, and have it all under water to do so. Even so, I don't think I would ever overclock my SSD unless I knew 110% that it would continually be stable.
That's where your OS is stored and it's just not something you want becoming corrupted. A failed overclock on the cpu or gpu however just usually events to a system reset and backing down the clocks with no harm done. There is a reason that's more universal...

Yea, I didn't know too much about the vita when I bought it. I was actually really surprised how smooth the OS was.
I was extremely shocked when I realized I could snap out of a game and do whatever and the instantly go back into it whenever. I actually had good laugh about it knowing that Microsoft was making a big stink about the same thing being on the X1 and yet here it is on a portable system released two years ago... :P
Yea there are awsome games out there for it, no doubt. Rayman legends looks like a perfect match for the Vita.
I went ahead and picked up PS plus and I have to say thay im truly enjoying Machinarium. Its not a very intensve game but the artstyle, soundtrack, story, and general gameplay style is reallt unique and awsome.
Ucharted is also pretty fun too. To know that it was a launch game and wasn't even developed by ND really gives you an idea of what devs ...
I've had my Vita for about a week and really enjoy it! The only other gaming system I currently own is a PC but im still impressed with the power this little devife has.
Killzone Mercenary is freaking awesome too. Other thn the player count its on point with it's console counter part. Killzone 2 was one of my favorite games of this previous gen so it's nice to be able to play it again.
