The epilogue is longer than that and there's 6 chapters that come before it. You've seen nothing lol If you don't like the game, that's cool. More power to you, but you can't really agree with a review score when you haven't even completed the game in the first place.

When I was 10 years old I found a small game shop in my town that had imports. I had got myself a copy of Pokemon Silver (Japanese version) one year before it hit the US. To this day I know nothing about the Japanese language, but I still was able to complete that game from start to finish as a 10 year old with only knowledge of Pokemon Red, Blue and Yellow. One of Nintendo's strength is they can make an extremely causal game for children, while at the same time offering a very expansive ...

So when you take a bite of food you don't take a whole 5 seconds to chew? Have you ever heard the term "You chew like a horse"? So yes, in this case it adds to realism. You can't shove a pile of hay into a horses mouth and then immediately serve another portion after. The animations put into the game are trying to be as realistic as possible. Thus the pacing is a lot slower. If that's not for you, don't play the game. It's not a problem with the game, it's a ...

The controls are subjective, but don't lie and spread misinformation. There is not "nasty game breaking bugs that cut chunks of the game out". There's a SINGLE bug that causes multiple NPCs to not appear in camp between Chapter 2 and 4. As in roaming around, missions for them are still all there. The "cut chunks of the game" is literally optional dialog between speaking to those characters at your camp. Nothing more, nothing less.

As primararly a PC gamer, I use a monitor for my PS4 and the first thing I do (even on consoles) before I play a game is go straight into the settings and adjust things to my liking. I'm not understanding the "sluggish" control issues people are having unless they're using the default. I've completely the game (currently at 88.9%) and the only real issue I've ran into is certain prompts not popping up. Using R1 to cycle through 5 prompts due to stacked bodies or tons...

At face value, I could see that. But if you look at the bigger picture, how many other developers (Bethesda Games Studio, not Bethesda the publisher) have been relevant and around as long as they have without dipping into the online world? BGS has never made an online game. Some of the biggest devs like ND, R*, Bioware (at one point), all dipped into multiplayer with their franchises. People like yourself say when devs do this you never look back, but look how long it took for them? Nearly 20...

There won't in the traditional sense. All DLC is free and the game runs on dedicated servers. Instead they sell skins to keep the servers running and DLC free. Only thing you can buy is skins and the atoms can be earned in game.

What about it? At the time of that specific article, Sony said absolutely NO to xplay. They changed their mind for Fornite (for obvious reasons) but you don't see every other game getting crossplay. It's something they said they will look at in the future, but they've since moved onto to working on other aspects of the game since Sony was firm on the no at the time. Not a fiasco, not even hard to understand. They said no, Bethesda didn't continue working on possible implementa...

I think you misinterpreted what I meant with the 1 year ultimate edition. It was meant more so as a timeline. It took a year or so to basically add G Rank into an already existing game that's been balanced over the course of years. MHW introduces a lot of changes, so those needs to be balanced as well. Which is gonna take time. Basically if it takes a year for that on 3DS, expect the same amount of time needed if not more for MHW. I 100% think it will be in expansion form and not a new ga...

G Rank was never an expansion. It was always incorporated into an "Ultimate" version of the game over a year later. The handheld series also used the same models and with updated textures (if that) across multiple games over the course of YEARS. MHGU which launched last year in Japan (2 months ago for US/EU) had over 100 monsters because it was basically damn near every MH combined into one. Everything in World was created from the ground up, so it's going to take a lot more tim...

How did I come to that? Take a look around. Gamestop was confirmed in talks of being bought out, Xbox, Playstation and Nintendo are pushing digital sales and have been even offering more promotions for digital purchases that are actually pretty close to what Steam offers. Especially Sony. One of the highest selling games each year is breaking a digital record while also having the lowest physical sales in over a decade. Nintendo offering cloud versions of games, Microsoft offering "game ...

That's why they will be offering private servers and mod support post launch. When that comes, this will be a SP game where you can invite your friends for co-op. Especially with the modding community Bethesda has.

Ummm no. A PC player can join a PS4 party and can use mouse and keyboard. If I join my cousin playing on PS4 and he selects duos, it will matchmake with other PS4 players while a PC player is in the party. You could be in the same game as me and I'll be using MKB while you play. Why do you think in August they put out a state of development to include "input based matchmaking"

While the PS4 is the most popular home console. This game is also on mobile and A LOT of kids play it on their phone. There's more smartphones out there than PS4's. Sony cant' use the leverage of "We have the highest playerbase" because that is not relevant when mobile in involved. Thus, the PS4 being a money making machine isn't a priority for Epic when they're making more off mobile. Sony was at the disadvantage for once, and they ...

Keeping up with players using mouse/keyboard is futile? So how have you been keeping up this entire time considering PS4 and PC has been crossplay/crossprogression since day 1? Sounds like the only "smearing campaign" is coming from uninformed fanboys.

You just did that yourself with the sentence directly before it :/

Same here, use to have a ton of fun back in the days on PS2. I did end up snagging MH4U when I got a 3DS and love it aside from the hand cramps. Since January I pretty much exclusively play MHW aside from a few titles here and there. It's just so rewarding and fun with friends and solo. Picked it up on PC and having the same amount fun starting all over.

My experience has been flawless as well, aside from the occasional disconnect. I couldn't be happier with the PC port, especially coming from an OG PS4 where load times can be extremely long. I've invested too much into my PS4 save to abandoned it, but the less than 10 second load times on PC is a real knife in the gut when switching back to PS4. Hopefully the PC event schedule is caught up to consoles quick so we "hopefully" hear some news about G-Rank here soon.
