No doubt. If Sony was going to end the character, they wouldn't do it like this. I just have no idea what they're up to.
I don't think Kevin Butler is going anywhere.
There's a fairly strong difference between asking for extra content to make a late launching game worth the purchase and simply not allowing it whatsoever.
Not sure why you're comparing the two, but it isn't even close to the same thing.
I'm not. This is Google we're talking about here; they finally have a social platform that really works (unlike everything else they've tried), so they're swinging for the fences.
Exactly. That was hard.
Just gonna cut and paste my comment from another article:
That and a lot more. See the link for all the details:

And before anyone says anything about the game crap cluttering up the stream, it won't; games have their own dedicated section on G+, and that's where they stay. This isn't Facebook. ...
I'm just happy that game updates won't clutter my stream like on Facebook.

If I want to talk to a friend while I'm playing a game, I pick up my phone and I call them. It's not that hard.
Sorry, but yeah, you were clearly dreaming that.
Guess I should win something; I've played every game on that list, and beaten all but two.
Then what we have here is a disagreement on what a 2nd party studio is. See, because what you just described is actually a 3rd party studio; if they make games for other platforms, they're third party. Period. That's what the term means. A 2nd party stdio would be Game Freak, who, although not owned by Nintendo, makes Pokemon games for their platform.
Most of those aren't even second party; Level-5 and Q-Games, for example, also make games for Nintendo.
And Titan Studios STILL no longer exists.
Eat, Sleep, Play isn't owned by Sony. Neither are thatgamecompany, Level-5, Q-Games, or Housemarque. And those are just the ones I know off the top of my head; if I researched your list a bit, I'd probably find more errors.
Oh, and Titan Studios no longer exists.
I am really shocked it took this long. Welcome, officially, to the family, Sucker Punch!
....there were two? Oh, right; one was a woman. My bad.
All joking aside, I'm right there with you; nothing takes you out of the experience like hearing the same voices that you heard two towns ago coming out of new people.
Not as if it could get worse. I loved TES4 (was the first PS3 game I ever bought), but seriously? The voice acting was straight up BAD. Not RE1 bad (then again, what could be?), but bad.
*shrugs* I got mine free via PS Plus, and I have it on my phone (Android). I don't need more.
Hell yeah, it was. I've wanted a sequel for a VERY long time. Rather have this than another Hitman game.
They could try a rare art called 'beta testing.'
