Exactly what I was about to say. Sarcasm has a habit of flying over people's heads.
@MrBeatdown: That's basically true.
Agreed. If you actually need it explained to you that you should probably avoid ruining a game by spoiling the ending for your readers, then you have no business writing reviews.
Damned good question. It's odd, is it not? The entire reason publishers are doing this is to combat used game sales, but here we have the biggest used game reseller on the planet able to skirt around this. Makes the entire thing a giant waste of time.
The news that this was happening pissed me off to no end yesterday, and I'm not really that big of a fan of GameStop, but I'm actually happy to see them be able to counter what I consider to be a dick move.
Might want to bone up on the rules of this site.
Posting Duplicated Stories
The site will automatically detect if you try to post a story with the same url as one that has already been posted. However many sites cover the same stories so before posting a story always check the pending news area to see if it is already posted through a different source. However if the story posted is not the original source of the story it is ok to make a new post but only if ...

LOL! Good point.
Okay, now this is bullshit. I didn't have an issue with an online pass being required to play the games online, but when you start hiding SP content that is apart of the game behind an online pass, you've crossed the line.
Sonnen! Yeah, that was it; good looking out. I just heard about his challenge on G+; that's funny as hell. Silva is going to lay his ass out.
Brock Lesnar on last year's cover pissed me off; Herb Dean would have been a better choice.
Anderson Silva is a man who, far as I'm concerned, cannot be beaten. Hell, even the guy (name escapes my memory right now) who was on steroids only ALMOST beat him. He had to cheat to still not be able to beat Silva.
Yeah, Silva deserves to be on the cover.
I'm in it. Played around with it a bit, but haven't had time to really dig into it. Looks good, thus far. The FPS runs fairly well, but still needs a bit of work.
Not getting all the drama here. This is great news. Why do people have to turn everything into a fanboy war?
I see ads for this every single day; if you're not seeing them, you must not be paying attention.
Couldn't agree more.
Dragon Age is a Bioware game, not a Bethesda game. Just thought I'd point that out.
Past that, though, I agree; I only buy a Bethesda game when it comes out as a GOTY edition, which has all the DLC and (ideally) less bugs.
@Mr Chow: Sure I can deny that. The CoD:MW games were fun, but defining the generation? Not even close. The MW games did what they did very well, and they polished it to a shine, but they didn't change anything.
Assassin's Creed gave us several huge cities that you could climb (and you had to think ahead before you tried it, because you're not Spider-Man) and a huge narrative that still isn't even close to over.
Mass Effect was so good that...
Dude, you're nuts. I agree with only your opinion on Bioshock (it just didn't do it for me) and Uncharted, but everything else on the list are fantastic IPs.
How any gamer could not like Mass Effect is simply beyond me.
I understand that, but how the hell does that explain things like the G.O.A.T. test glitch in Fallout 3? They couldn't figure out a bug in an event every single person who played the game would have to do?
That's my Bethesda Rule to the letter. I implemented it after I bought Fallout 3, and TES4 before it.
Not even sure how this got approved with a typo in the title.
