Wii3!
I kid, I kid.
NDS>SNES>PS1. PS1 Load times were awful.
This. Any gamer should have many titles that would fit their playing preference on the WiiU. My system of choice this gen so far. But this game really helps the PS4.
This is the first game to give me "PS4" fever. XBox has not had that for me yet.
That'll happen when your the sole bread winner of an entire company (or at least a large part of it)
Says the guy who's games, while hot sellers on release, can be found for $1 at Gamestop.
Go back and play around with your new studio and make something worthwhile.
If that is the case, Valve should licence out IP to other devs. Valve can be picky enough to get some top talent. Its like printing money.
Here we go again...
Agreed. You see the figure breakdown and pose is irrelevant. They are glued together with many small pieces which makes the detail more possible.
That being said I'm sure some cost more but nothing that would make them lose money over them. N has not sold anything at cost for years, even systems.
For the most part I'm a Tim fan. However, Peter is the king of big words with little to show for it. This is not the result of backlash of a single event but the backlash of over a decade of big promises with little result.
To go to the root of the story, to not honor the contest winner is a sham. If you make an app which sole purpose is to find a winner and with in-app purchases to get to that prize you best deliver.
If that is the case, Happy Birthday to me!
N does little work on the remakes themselves. Most are outsourced to other studios and then they just wait until the money tree grows.
That being said, each remake has been a great addition with some minor tweaks but most of the core experience being maintained. Its also a good mid cycle filler while they work on other big titles. With many of N's customers being either new or long time fans, remakes are a win win for both parties.
Give me a straight up solid platformer with fun gameplay, variety, and creativity any day. No gimmicks or revamps.
I have not been an ign regular for years. I was on board until Matt C and Mark Bozon left.
Could not agree more. Compared to its EU or JP siblings NA Club Nintendo is pretty sad. I enjoy the free games but exclusive trinkets are way more cool for this old gamer.
Its about store shelf space. Stores would never have open space for enough stock for 40 figures. So some are going to get phased out to make space for others. N could release them in a broader window which would help supply but I'm sure they don't want a ton of surplus either given past profit reports.
I'd believe it. Its pretty close to my experience minus the calling in part.
Botched is having limited server capacity and letting only the luck of the draw get through the purchase. I was on it within seconds of it being released and I could not get through the checkout. A "click this link to get a voucher code" would have been so much better.
That makes sense if you think they cut content for just Amiibos. Nintendo has handled DLC/extra features the best because it's worth its value in entertainment and I rarely feel cheated after playing a whole game without them. Mk8 has 16 tracks for $13! Thats crazy value.
Nintendo has always relied on extra things to get the whole experience. GBA connection on Wind Waker and Animal Crossing, Pokemon trading and expansion pack on the N64 are all examples of this.
I'd like to plug in any surprises too. Captain Toad was a solid game announced and released in the same year.
