After the Japan launch week let's assume the PS4 will sell 190k per week on average (again, nothing crazy, but a reasonable figure). That 190k per week also includes the bump from Infamous and Thief.
So 190k multiplied by 5 weeks of march and we get 950k.

TF is aimed at the same casual crowd that play COD, FIFA, Madden, and nba games. Those same people will not pay $500 to play COD and they won't pay $500 to play TF.
XB1 is screwed until the price is reduced to $399.

Finally, back to its roots. I have not bought a AC since Zero, hope Namco really sets out to top the ps2 games this time around.
And to be honest the series have never been the same since it went multiplatform.
The series needs to go back to its PlayStation roots. To this day the ps2 is home of the best ace combat games, multiplat in my opinion hurt the series quality.
Even the xb360 ac exclusive was good, but I don't think the creators can handle more than one console at a time, and it shows.
It mattered all of last gen, it will matter all of this gen.
Funny how when the shoes on the other foot everybody wants to play all equal.
