A more ambitious one would be great ...I love their games but I think they could do more.
Yes, it was fun from start to finish and even beyond (currently on my 2nd playthrough and still enjoying it :D) Best game on PS4 at the moment.
I'm hoping for Secret Ponchos instead of another Horror game. Also Secret Ponchos would get a big online community thanks to PS+
Don't get excited, nothing new unfortunately. I wouldn't even call this "Gameplay".
Every InFamous was more fun on the hardest difficulty because you have to play more thoughtful and use your whole arsenal. I can only encourage everyone to go with Expert on the second playthrough, it's wayyyy more fun trust me =)
Would be cool if it would work on PC (even if not supported like the Dualshock) ...as far as I know the Occulus won't work on PS4? Then I would definately go with Morpheus since I could use it for both PS4 & PC.
This can't be a real interview?
Anyway, I would even believe this ...that's exactly how I imagine the CEO's at EA. But I think that they are intelligent enough to not say this stuff in public.
Next-gen only is the best news for this. Now I'm excited.
My personal score
Gameplay 9/10
Graphics 9/10
Story 8/10
Side Missions 6/10
Acting and Presentation 10/10
Sound 9/10
Replayability 9/10
Fun 10/10
This game is simply mindblowing if played right but I knew before that it will be underrated again. I don't care though, for me it's a strong GOTY contender and definately the best PS4 game yet.
Quote from GAF:
"Just wait until you unlock the third power, you ain't seen nothin yet!"
Installing ... >.<
Have fun ya'll =)
The fact that this review starts with a Titanfall comparison is enough for me to give this site a pass.
Of course lol
Best day1 patch ever?
Can't wait to play this in a few hoursssss <3
Hard choice, both deserve the title... EA even more than MS but since they won in the last years I would give it to MS. Timed exclusive contracts, their stupid parity clause, platform exclusive game modes (PvZ) and all the Microtransactions are more than enough reason to deserve this title at least amongst gamers.
You know it's quality hardware when a dev says "So the resolution is not an issue for Morpheus. The depth is good, comfort is good…Not best tracking, but can be fixed I think"
With good software and an affordable price this thing could be awesome. Might even be market-ready before the Occulus.
lmao @ the twitter conversation
I finish all REALLY good games, I don't finish half-assed crap.
=> Developers should aim for quality instead of high playtime if they want to make me finish their stuff. Don't put repetitive missions or unnecessary backtracking into your games to artifically increase the playtim then more people will finish more games because they stay entertained until the end.
Core gamers know how awesome this game is but only exposure to the casuals will make it truly successful. Sony really should do more in that department.
We'll see whether this statement holds true after the TLOU movie.
