And that is why sony's delays are not a bad idea. most of the delayed games published by sony (execpt for the divise NMS which i personally enjoyed) are coming out with great reviews.
umm no this is the only review i seen so far above 6 so it is worse than NMS. NMS first got lots of 9s in the beggining but reviews started to get worse by the time because that the harsher critics came from people who did everything the game had to offer so it probably won't do the opposite this time as well
it seems to get harsher reviews than NMS. i actually thought MS made something different for a change but it seems they stil can't produce a good exclusive.

actually what matters is not numbers but the percentage difference.
scorpio/ps4pro = 6/4.2 = 1.42 times stronger.
ps4/xbox one = 1.84/1.23 = 1.50 times stronger

i am pretty sure there would usually be 3 options: 1080p 60fps, 1080p 30fps with better graphics and 4k 30fps (upscaled or native, based on the game)

2 reasons why it's not:
1) power gap: unless they make shitty quality for xbox one or that scorpio will be underwhelming with it's ablities because the scorpio is 4.5 times stronger in gpu than the xbox one so it means that games will come only for the scorpio (VR games are already confirmed to work only on scorpio).
2) ps4's success over xbox one: because that MS "lost" this time in sales they would want to start the next generation quickly to try and ...

there are two reasons for sony's descion:
1) to not seperate between ps4 and pro players ( with xbox's gap there is no way that they would mentain the exclusives for xbox one)
2) price. when sony announced the ps4 for 399 and ms announced xbox one for 499, sony realized that 399 is the golden number for them between sales and great performence so they try as much as they can to not sell any playstation product above that price.
they barely mentioned the psvr but they showed farpoint (i think this is the name) which is a psvr game on ps4 pro and it looked really good IMO
next 4 months? don't you mean next 14? until the release of the scorpio, Sony is almost sure to win every month, then MS will maybe win 1-2 months following the scorpio but it's sales will fall down quickly, 6 months after scorpio ps5 will probably be announced and pre-orders will flood and we shall see what happens next.

Dude what? ps4 exclusives are pretty awesome. UC4 was a masterpiece, i heard R&C, a lot more other games and their upcoming exclusivies which looks incredible
