you see MS? that is how you make a trailer for a gaming console! instead of seeing people talking about the console without showing anything about it, nintendo are showing costumers exactly what they get and you can see the obvious fun factor in this console from the trailer. i myself won't get it but you can see just from this trailer that Nintendo learned from the wiiu.

that excuse is legitimate. there could always be people who just want to screw everyone up, makes a cool mod and then it destroyes the machine (happened in one of the GTA V mods on pc). what would Sony do then? they would need to pay a lot of money back to all those consumers. this is a very legitimate "excuse".
what sony could do (and i still don't understand why didn't they do it until now) is allowing only a small amount of verified modders to mod the game.
also one other thing: the local erea. if more people in the area bought a PS4 than an XO, then most likely the buyer would want to play with his friends which are more likely to have a PS4. but this is a local effect made mostly by the early adopters so it can't really be measured well.

i was talking on the PC platform you are looking at the XO while the PS4 version still has only 2 reviews so it doesn't yet have an average.

it seems that many people on the internet think it is actually a ps4 exclusive. interesting.
i guess it is possible with being almost 5 times more powerful than the original XO (native 4k uses 4 times the pixels 1080p uses) but i doubt R* would do that instead of better graphics.

hmm, was it revealed what was the R&D cost of the device? if let's say the R&D cost was 2 mil (which is probably really low) and they are profiting 10~20 $ over every headset then they sold already 100,000 ~ 200,000 units and if the R&D cost is higher (which it probably is) then they are probably having great sales.
please don't tell me that all of the agent exclusivity deal has now just been altered to "get first access to earn select online content". i hope it is another deal and not a replacement to agent. well either way good to see that sony and R* have such good relations together.
