why are people saying it's low when many other games are at like 20 ~ 30% completion. this is actually one of the highest ratios for finishing games i have seen. it is even more surprising with how long the game is.
Nah the E3 demo was only ready a week before E3 I heard (I’m talking about the playable demo not the PS showcase demo). But good to see they are working fast
Nah NPD counts by revenue. I am certain of that as I have someone I know who has access to that info and he explained that it is more important to a company how much revenue the games got instead of game sales, because that is what that will affect them more. A 1$ game selling 10M copies makes less revenue than a 60$ game selling 1M copies so higher priced game will be charted higher.

SoD 2 has almost twice the revenue of SoD 1, not units and SoD 1 cost 20$ on launch so basically about 30% more copies overall (this data is taken from a resetera insider). the SoD 2 selling twice the amount of copies compared to GoW in may (remember that GoW sold massively in april before that so GoW is still significantly above SoD 2 as seen in the best sellers of 2018 chart), is taken from the fact SoD 2 charted above GoW thi...

interesting thing to note. NPD charts based on revenue. because SoD2 cost 30$ and still charted at first place with GoW being second, it means SoD 2 has sold above twice the amount of sales GoW have done this month.
Doom and Wolfenstein are linear corridor games at 60FPS. Porting them to switch is much easier due to that, and yet they still toned most settings to below pc’s low settings and capping the frame rate at 30fps. The fallout series is an open world 30fps with Beth’s ridiculous physics, and now with online reworking. Much harder to port.
Yep, definitely sounds like a game that will get some serious benefit from next gen consoles. I won’t be surprised if it’s a ps5 and next box launch game (also crossgen, But I think the official release date will be nov 2020 when next gen starts)

I usually prefer TPP over FPP, but if they really believe the game is more fitting for first person, then i believe them, just show me gameplay though man :P.
the game is still in pre production though which makes this statement really funny. i guess that he has a year expectation and that he also just expects a november release for that year. close enough for a date.
because i feel the big AAA devs (SSM, GG) are already hard at work on next gen games, these are the options i see:
1) Bluepoint Remake
2) Sony Japan games
3) Ueda's new game
4) maybe... just maybe... Insomniac using a second team for another R&C? although i think that is more probable as a next gen game as well.

yea omnipotent on resetera (who has info on From) confirmed that, it is multiplat though so no worries.
i highly doubt that a part of the game is killing off the multiplayer unless it's like an unachievable goal like with MGSV secret ending/ it just makes the MP reset everytime a group of players do that, because otherwise it means screwing over new players. yea i'm taking this rumor very carefully.
I'm not sure if I like the idea of an MGU. the problem with Marvel is too many for it's stories are focused in NYC, which wouldn't be a problem for movies, but for games it really feels lazy to do games in the same setting. the other games will need to be focused on other places.
