20 fps at combat almost all the time at docked and even worse on portable ughh. ps4 version runs at 60fps for comparison. also ps4 version looks much better.
the uncharted engine is made for linear games so probably not. but think if Naughty dog and SSM would do a collaborative effort on creating an engine made for linear games, now that would be beastly.
seems to be a vehicle in the game as was rumored
i'll correct myself, cemu devs said it'll take about 2~4 months (most likely 2 from what i seen 4 is just in case something horribly wrong happens)
it is because they just began. the fact that it can already somewhat run the game at 15fps is already incredible in 3 days as emulation is super hard. pretty much in a month the game would be fully playable at 1080p 60fps
wow that's pretty good. we can expect a fully playable BOTW at 60fps in a month from now
the reviewer was someone who didn't review any big game until then so you shouldn't take his/her review as the whole website. probably after the hate they got he/she would probably not review many games soon
for all the consoles the opening weak is measured by 3 days.
89 MC WOW it passed horizon congratz!
i myself hope for late 2020. that means Sony would make a beast. a year and a half from now would mean that the PS5 would only be about 8~10 TF which is about twice the power of a pro. in 2020 though the power could be like 12~15TF and sony would have a beast on their hands.
i don't think we should freak out already. a general rule to live by: if the embargo goes of early - almost for surely a great game (as we seen in horizon) if close to launch/on launch - hit or miss, maybe just trying to be on the safe side.
it probably will because of all the usual nintendo crowd
didn't hear about that. can you show me a link?
btw while that a 1440p 60fps is visible in this video, sadly if you check the statistics you would see it actually runs at 30fps. hopefully it's just the capturing and not bad optimisation
EDIT: my bad it actually does run at 60fps and a pretty good one at that. it is very solid other than 1 fps drop some times
2 reasons:
low supply (nintendo played that trick so many times lately that i wouldn't be surprised).
mostly people who buy are the usual core nintendo crowd that buys anything nintendo makes.
therefor the launch sales doesn't mean much.
definitely horizon. zelda seems fun and creative but combat is bad from what i seen. your weapons break like every 2 hits and an enemy can easily 1 shot you (which is just stupid) and it reaches the point where gameplay becomes more frustrating than fun.
well BF and COD could always fill the FPS genre yearly so it would probably be more profitable for GG to make Horizon 2
the fact that it's a 980ti means nothing as the main issue of the game is the CPU load. they could have used a super weak cpu for the demonstartion.
599$ console then i guess ughh.
wait why it must be downclocked? is it something about console architecture?
