IMO if MS manages to market this as not only a 4k console for 4k owners but a must own system for gamers in order to get the best console experience, while showing a lot of games getting upgrades for it and making the correct price (i really hope for it to be 399 but 449~499 is more realistic), then it could sell a pretty big amount of units. it's just a matter of marketing and price.

well i can tell for sure that a scorpio patch won't be revealed at E3 even if it does exist. RDR2's marketing deal is with sony. but i gotta disagree with the article as IIRC R* games did show GTA V on ps4 at E3.

it's not. after really going over the specs you can clearly see this console was meant to be just an upgrade for xbox one games to native 4k, it won't have any exclusives other than VR stuff and i guarantee it.

Sony - no way, the playstation # brand is too powerful for sony to give up on it.
but we do not know to what extent these modifications are. it could be that these modifications are barely making any improvements. the test of time will prove if those modifications are enough for MS goals.

the problem isn't that scorpio has no exclusive games it's that x1 in general is lacking in excluisve diversity and quantity.

i dissagree. scorpio messaging until the DF analysis has been very contradicting with the "premium price" and "true 4k" marketing terms, which is why nobody could figure out what is project scorpio's CPU until it was revealed to be a custom Jaguar.
