well that is sad, but still fine for me. it makes sense due to RDR2 release that they'll want to delay this to maybe february 2019. actually i seen a comment from someone in the know that sony bend is actually AHEAD of their schedule of development with Days Gone, which makes me think that maybe they'll even add features they didn't plan to origianlly, like perhaps a battle royale online mode, which should rocket sales. also hopefully it would mean that we'll get a demo before...
sounds weird that they would make a sequel for a GAAS game so quickly, i would have expected watch_dogs 3 to be announced instead.
usually i would discredit these type of rumors, but 2 things make me more interested than usual:
1) the main reason is that marcus stellars is not the only one (also marcus was correct about the nintendo direct today so i think he has some legitimacy to him), i have seen another person claiming ps5 dev kits are already shipping, specifically to Capcom.
2) GDC is in a few weeks, in which sony usually explains to devs their consoles. well anyway we will probably know based on ...
Sea of thieves is not a budget title. it is a full priced 60$ games. SoD2 is 30$.
There was a low res image leaked from the previews of the menu, and people jumped to conclusion that based on the low res there is a premium currency in the game...
red and black is gonna be spiderman/rdr (or maybe a bundle of both)
yea i've seen the video. tommorow there is a full gameplay reveal i am waiting for in order for me to give my judgement. so far it does look low budget and the full reveal tommorow will confirm/deny that.
hmm 30$.... i guess it's a low budget title. well we shall see tommorow with the full gameplay reveal.
CONGRATS!! i think that makes it the best selling Capcom game ever (if we don't include remasters in the games sales), very good... when the pc ver releases they can probably grab a million more and we didn't have any discount at all yet! 10 million here we go!! it is also currently the best selling non final fantasy third party japanese game right now and we are still only one month into it's release.
oh yea sure... lets give the studio who ported Batman Arkham Knight to PC this job... it would end so well...
The water tech is pretty good, but it's not really years above what the Assassin's creed games have reached with the Ubisoft tech which is running in real time without the need for cloud compute.
YEAAAA can't wait.
PLEASE FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION HERE: large chance that detroit release date is revealed in 20 minutes from now, based off someone who claimed that PS+ this month would be 2 big first party games so be on guard for news!
well now that we got that out of the way, great to hear First party focus will even increase.
YOOOOOOO. sadly i own both of them but still damn that's a powerfull month.
also it should be stated HAPPY BIRTHDAY to HORIZON: ZERO DAWN!
TLOU in it's first year has done 7 million, meaning horizon has even surpassed The Last Of Us, incredible!
also last month it was reported that BOTW has done 7.8 million SHIPPED when both the switch and wiiu are included, going by this, horizon is probably also above BOTW when comparing PS4 VS Switch sales but probably below when including WiiU version.
a naruto fighting game from 2008 is running this game at about half the native res of the switch screen? that is sad and laughable.
well sure but rare ain't gonna get the full 10$, they'll probably get like 2$ per person max, lets say that devs get 30$ of their games through a full purchase, that means RARE would need to get 15 times more people than they needed before just to get the same profits. i'm not sure if that is so profitable for them...
my and my friends are probably gonna do the free trial + 1 month of gamepass for this. gamepass is really good for the users but i kind of fear for rare. a lot people will probably do what i am doing and they are only gonna get like 10$ per person (which most will go straight to MS instead of rare) so how are they gonna profit like that?
from what i heard, the delay was caused by Red Dead Redemption 2 and now wanting to hurt sales of either. the game is actually ahead of their schedule.
