Lol. Because it's saying something bad about Xbox? We've all seen you on similar articles that praise Xbox and put down Playstation, and you love those.

Yeah, plus if you stop paying, you don't get what's coming next month. If it's good, then you're missing out, that's the point. Lots of people say that you're trapped into paying if you want to keep your games, I say I'm trapped into paying because I want to get next month's game, the month's after that, and so on. And that's not a bad thing, unless you don't like getting crazy value for your money.

That'...

@GameDev1:

I think some people do go to GAF, and then they get banned for saying some outlandish things about Playstation that don't make sense.

I see it all of the time, they have things explained to them, like the nature of NPDs and how they're only for US and how it doesn't tell you the whole picture of how Sony has 18.5m sales or any number of things. If they see that they're wrong, then nothing bad happens and they learn how NPD works. If...

People can still raise the issue of not being able to play the games anymore if you stop paying.

But why stop paying in the first place when most months are so good? When they start releasing terrible games is when I'll start questioning whether or not I want to keep my subscription up and then I'll start having an issue since there's games I still haven't played in my endless backlog.

2014 was a boring year for gaming. Almost all of the multiplats were just okay or garbage and tons of games were buggy as hell. Even everyone's favorite game DA:I wasn't that great. I actually think it's pretty terrible with nothing redeeming in gameplay, story, or characters, graphics were good though, for whatever little that's worth. The 1st parties were okay, but they didn't bring too many great games except Nintendo, but Nintendo was on their second year while the oth...

People don't get sick because "they're in another world", though it does often make people feel like they are in another world. People get sick because of the screen resolution, jutters, or just not being used to having a screen that close to their face for so long, with fast movements on there to boot.

And yes, that's the main draw, feeling like you're on another world. Maybe not everyone has wanted to do it, but I've...

Gamefly is only available in America...

And you're still telling people to just buy all consoles when you were just told that that's not always a viable option for some people.

As for 3rd party exclusives, I'd prefer it doesn't happen unless the game needs 1st party funding/co-developing like Bayonetta 2 and Titanfall, because atleast the game's being made and if it's profitable, future sequels can be multip...

The graphics in these videos look fine. It's Halo and these maps have that clean Halo look that we tend to see with maps that feature a lot of metal surfaces, now with high res textures, better shaders, and better lighting. There's not much that I think they need to improve upon, but obviously there's always room for improvement, but this is what I'd imagine a new Halo should look like, but I'm not really one with the sharpest eye for the finer details (atleast not in Yout...

Having the supernatural element in the MP might kill the surprise for people who didn't finish the SP. Still could work though, but I'd rather they not do that.

I recommend D4, it's pretty weird but it's a great experience. Killer Instinct is also a must if you're into fighters.

This game has terrible RPG elements that no other RPG devs want to implement because they are so terrible.

A different team at From Soft made Dark Souls 2. The main team was making Bloodborne, with the help of SCE Japan too. There's kind of a difference.

Mario has the ability to be in virtually any genre, though. As for the platformers, they almost always tend to change the mechanics a lot between games. We have normal 2D Mario, then the various 3D Marios like Sunshine, Galaxy, and 3D World.

Halo can't change the mechanics that much for the shooter series without breaking Halo, so they'd better make use of the strategy/top down series. Make a Halo Tactics/XCOM variant, that's what I really want.

Shooter fatigue. They might make sub-games like ODST and Reach too, and there was only 2 years between 3 and ODST, 1 year between ODST and Reach, and 2 years between Reach and 4.

"Main Halo games come out every 3-4 years. That's like 7 main games in 30 years"

Halo 3 came out in 2007, Halo ODST came out in 2009, Halo Reach came out in 2010, and Halo 4 came out in 2012. That's 4 Halo games in 5 years. Sure, they're not all "main" Halo games, but that's only because they're not numbered. They're still shooters and advance the series in some way, they just didn't follow MC.

And yes, they do ...

"Close the gap", it beat the PS4 last month by 400k... It needs another 700k to close the gap, and that's just in the US. They might be able to close that gap this month, but that's highly unlikely. They can close the gap over time but they're gonna have to keep up their current deals which can help them overtake the PS4 in the US, but that's a bad pricing strategy.

Didn't he just say that those AAA games flopped hard? And hell, the first year of the Vita was incredibly strong with a ton of great games that pushed the hardware, and nobody bought them. So Sony made plenty of games for the system, but nobody bought them, but you're insis...
