Tenkaichi was awesome! But its kinda gotten stale now, I just hope they add something that will breath much needed new life into the franchise.

Apparently you don't even have to have played a game or franchise to know if it sucks you just check if there's guns and explosions, What no guns or explosions? Then it must suck right.
As sure as there will be a day following this one there will be a Dynasty warriors game following the last, Anyway those of you who are saying kill the franchise probably aren't even fans to begin with, there's 7 for a reason you know, People buy them.

It sounds like bad time manigement, when you start a project most companmys generaly know how long said project will take, If a company is having to "Crunch" then they did't realisticly have the nesecarry time required to finish developing the game.

Good point, The big black brick(Try saying that 3 times quickly) had some good exclusives but I can hardly think of many that would be worth a HD remake.

I honestly cant believe the nonsense im hearing, People are bad mouthing Hideo Kojima and calling MGS!?. These people are like football fanatics nothing can be as good as their beloved Uncharted's or COD's. Hideo Kojima is renowned for making quality games and is widely known as being pretty much a genius dev amongst other games developers, why argue with the facts? Sometimes I think you people just like to mess with everyone.
This is kind of underwhelming considering they made Halo.
I kinda like the absurdity of it all, characters dressed in overly lavish wardrobe and teenagers swinging around big swords I find it entertaining and feel it ads to the fantasy element. As for likeable characters in RPG's or JRPG's go, If you don't like the generic type then Lost Odyssey's Kaim was a pretty good hero.
The 4th game wasn't the best and if you missed out on the other 3 you would have no clue as to what's going on.
Hideo Kojima makes quality games with imersive gameplay, cinematic cuteness and deep storytelling, He doesn't just dish out sequels every year to feed the masses, Also he is one of the most well known and well respected games developers the world has ever known, I honestly doubt 10 years from now people will even be talking about Uncharted the way they talk about...
The Music, Movie and Games industry separately function so well independently blending them all into one will likely cause a substantial drop in the quality of all 3, Maybe you're right Hideo Kojima but I honestly don't agree.
Voicing a character as iconic as Samus was bound to not go down so well with fans from the start, The western dubbing probably wasn't as great as it could have been but Ive heard much worse.
Im not really sure how the Japanese fanbase reacted to it though, They have many talented voice actors so it mite have gone down better.

Haven't played a bad Zelda yet and the way this is shaping up it could be one of the best.
You know I like your termnlogy better "gaming enthusiast" makes a whole lot more sence than "hard core gamer" I agree with pretty much everything else youv said too, People do tend to wear the term "Hard Core Gamer" as a kind of badge beleiving it gives them some kind of superior status amongst their fellow gamers.
I think most people hate the crappy dubs we sometimes have to suffer in the west more than the characters themselves
Kisuke and Momohime from Muramasa: The Demons Blade, Mega man, Leon S Kenedy from resident evil 4, Dark Samus Metroid prime trilogy, Shulk from Xenoblade looks cool, Ghiraham from Skyward Sword and Ruka from Fatal Frame 4(Project Zero 4) That would be pretty intaresting, Well I can dream...
