I think you have to look at what's popular in America right now to see why the devs of those 3 games aren't willing to localise them, For example You have COD, Uncharted, and Gears rated as top sellers, They're about as far away from a RPG game as you can get, Square Enix probably the biggest JRPG dev going right now made FF XIII which as far as Im aware didn't get great reviews here or America Im so the smaller devs mite be thinking that if Squure Enix couldn't make a den...

There aren't many major game franchises that have been around for over 10 years that haven't lost their way, Playing a game franchise that's gotten old and stale isn't very fun but what's worse is seeing your favourite franchise butchered in order to make it accessible to newcomers and then told by the devs (We made to appeal to "everyone") Im looking at you DMC.

Nintendo is now widely regarded as a company that caters to the casual market, Most 3rd party devs have seemingly abandoned them (with the exception of those who are now on bored for the Wii U) and only once in a while do they dish out a decent 1st party title. How are they going to get core gamer support with such a bad reputation? I honestly don't know.
Dark Soul's is looking to be even more Hard Core than Demon's Soul's, Can I get a Hell Yeah!? :)
Am I wrong in assuming if we didn't have to worry about the middle man aka "retailers" then we could get our games cheaper? Granted this would mean DD but that looks like the future tbh.
The wii will probably still get some support but I doubt anything but shovelware and casual games. The Wii U will be the focus for the core market and AAA titles imo.
Yeah, thanks to Nintendo's confusing unveiling of of the Wii U most people think it is a just a peripheral. In fact Wii U is a brand new Nintendo console they just spent all the time showing of the new controller/pad.

Resistance 1 is my favourite 2 was good though I just dont think it was as good, But maybe I just liked the London setting lol. I hope the 3rd explaines more about the chimera and those other things you hear about in the books.
