I own both 360 and PS3 and have used online with both quite often. I have to say though when it come to online play the difference between playing online with the 360 and PS3 is almost non existent (I say almost because there is bound to be slight technical and performance differences) so really MS should at least make gaming online free imo. thats a good point, personaly i never saw this game in the shops because it never got relesed in the UK, so i had to get it imported for £50 pricey yes but worth the price? most definatly, one of the best Action RPG's were likley to see this gen,
in order to insure this next gen Halo game is as good as its predecessors heres a short list of what it will need,
1) better graphics (well duh)
2) Master Cheif (it wouldnt be Halo without him)
3) more guns (because its lets face it you can never seem to have enough guns)
4) more vehicles (because we still dont know how to drive them without crashing or tipping them over after 5 mins)
5) Cortana (lets face it if your going to be hearing voices in your head...

yes it did only problem now is we have a over abundance of casual games hitting the market, casual gaming is also effecting the hardcore market with games being made easyer for the casuals to play leaving little challenge if any and no sence of acheivment when completing a game, were even seing many of our beloved franchises turned into basterdised versioins of there original selves.

The line between hardcore and casual games is becoming blured more and more due to dev's wanting to appeal to a wider audince, which is understandable but for those of us who want a deeper challenge or even just more immersive gameplay, We often find ouresleves coming away feeling like there was something lacking.
