Great boss fights that actually add to the game still work IMO, it's unfortunate most devs these days don't see boss fights for what they could be.
Looks great! can't wait! :D
Got it for PSP so not fussed, this sucks for everyone else waiting though :/
@Pozzle
Rope maiden still scares the crap out of me xD
should've chose penguins instead, everybody loves penguins ;D
I got eaten by the boss in the depths once, I did'nt know it could do that, lol.
For easy humanity just farm the rats in the sewers, I got 7 in a couple of hours and thats a pretty good drop rate.
Just WTF did I read? O.o
Took me around 75 hours. Most of the time you'll just be working out what your doing wrong (Oh and dying a lot ;D) so completion time depends on your skill and if you're a quick learner).
"E3 2012 with the 3 new generation of consoles from ms/sony/nintendo all on display"
ZOMIGOSH! I can only hope, lol
Calling it WiiU could be a bad move IMO, especially seeing as how many fans feel the Wii has let them down and become a casual gamers console :/
I do see where you're coming from.
But lets say you review a game and you base the score you give it on what you thought about it, that thought is your opinion.
Umm, above pretty much covers what I meant, lol.
Exactly! Congratulations for using what is becoming a dying trait "common sense".
If all the triple A games score 10/10 then does that mean they are all as good as each other? How will we know which triple A title is the best? Because they all can't be.
We need more 8's IMO.
When you actually play the game all the way through, you'll find out for yourselves if it's worth an 8 or not.
The worst thing you can do is play a game wearing fanboy goggles. That said, to those who do love the game and decide it does deserve a higher score, remember a review is a "opinion" and not everyone will share the same.
I know that there is only so much they can do, but they really should have made people more aware of just how big of a difference there will be in texturing.
This could really turn around and bite DICE and EA in the A**.
Well they'll probably keep making his games, but I doubt the quality will still be the same :/
Nintendo will keep going but, I seriously think they're going to have to make some changes to their business practises sooner or later, because they've been up setting their core consumers for a long time now.
"Scripted events are killing the gaming experience" I don't agree with this statement.
I do however agree, like many of you have said, that poorly scripted events have a negative effect and can drastically take away from the feeling of emersion. However gamers are split on such games as MGS4, that has very long and seemingly drawn out cutsceenes when it comes to gamer opinion. Some people just cant stand the wait and want to get right back in the game, while oth...
Awesome! I wish I could draw that well D:
It's the controversy surrounding this title that has me so on edge, MGSR has great potential as a action Ninja/Stealth game (Ninja Gaiden meets MGS if you like) and the new free cutting system can add so many possibilities when fighting enemies or bosses.
I just hope this game is even half as good as I think it could be =)
Well it's about freakin time! O_o
There hasn't been a word about MGSR for months now.
Agreed! will deffo pick it up :D
People will give this game a hard time and try to compare it to GoW (which it is not) but if you've been following this game long enough you know what you'll be getting and It will be epic!.
