TP was very stale imo, there was no fluidity and the animation was last gen. SS on the other hand is very fluid, the animation is great! everything feels alive and flows well, also the new motion plus sword control is exactly what the series needed.
SS Is the kind of game you need to see running or get hands on with to fully appreciate, take it from me art style aside, SS is a whole gen ahead of TP.
Its not a "bad" game at all, but I just never really liked it as much as OoT, MM and WW.

It's not so much about "sex" in FF (or any other game for that matter), it's more about having a compelling story and relatable, likeable characters.
I know its all fantasy but certain things game characters do, can be relatable and emotions such as love, hate, regret, remorse, can really do a lot to add drama to a game.

Honestly, I don't know if I just expect too much, or if putting a game on the shelves before it's ready is just somehow acceptable now.
