See the fact you got disagrees to something I would consider to be a undeniable truth, only serves to back up your statement.
It's like some people have a genuine hate for other people who happen to have conflicting opinions, instead of attempting to look at a subject both ways they'll just shout abuse or call you a "hater" just in case they are wrong, and somehow finding that out will cause their feeble reality to come crashing down around them...or somethi...
Ha! yeah, if anything people need a lesson in not hating.
Oh ok I get it, yeah that white beard guy was pretty tough.
Ok since that list was kind of underwhelming, anyone else got any disappointing boss fights they wanna get off their chest?
I'll set the ball rolling.
Gears of war 2... I mean wth? can you even die against that final boss ?
Demons Souls, don't get me wrong I love that game, but the final boss... Now I never actually got hit by it so Im not sure if it inflicts some kind of instant kill, but that thing was way too easy! not at all like ...
Quite possibly. I mean explosions and mayhem are fine within reason, but when over used or used just for the sake of it, it seems kind of pointless, same goes for gratuitous gore.
Yeah, I think I'll replace FF13 with Lost Odyssey, that games return of the classic turn based battle system was great! and so was its original story IMO, sadly yet another underappreciated JRPG.
I was gonna say the same thing. it's typical corporate sales tactics to confound stupid people and trick them in to buying a Vita, no insult intended towards competent gamers who will buy a Vita because it looks to be a great handheld with great games (I'll no doubt be joining you soon enough) but I just cant stand sheeple.
I always find it interesting when a company states they're going to appeal to the "core gamer" apparently (now this just an example) Sonys core gamers play UC, CoD and LBP, but those games really don't interest me, so am I no longer a core gamer? ever since the nes Ive been happily playing the AAA titles of each respective platform, but now (for the most part at least) I have to go hunting for the so called "niche" titles to get my gaming fix.
So h...
Exactly. how is it so many people think that just because Wii U is launching 1st it's going to be significantly graphically inferior to PS4 and next box? The 360 launched much earlier than PS3 and arguably there is little difference in graphics and performance between them.
On the whole I agree, but I don't think buttons can ever top the 1 on 1 accurate sword fighting motion + gave us in SS, sure the the thing needed recalibrating a bit too often and certain bosses where made that much tougher due to the aim going of centre.
Motion tech is still coming out of its infantsy, we only just got a game that actually managed to implement it thoroughly and successfully enough without too many problems.
I think given enough time moti...
I wouldn't call Ace combat a "flight sim" it's way to arcadey and fun IMO lol, but yeah that was a very poor list, Ive played tons of great PS2 games wish I could recall them all.
No Onimusha series, DMC series or Odin Sphere? those games where great!
"Is 'Skyward Sword' the Best 'Zelda' Game Ever?"
Well if not it's a close 2nd.
This is why copyright really, really sucks sometimes, there's a difference between protecting your ideas and stunting growth.
You hit the nail on the head there, now would you mind hitting UKIE too?
I agree. Im not a mobile gamer myself but I like to keep up on game industry trends.
From what I can tell mobile gaming has barely even dented console gaming, it's merely created another portal for the casual market which Im sure most will agree that this can only be a good thing, since consoles where getting flooded with a lot of shovalware that would have been better suited to a mobile device.
Well, because alot of enemies and puzzles require use of Wii motion+ for precision cuts and stuff, the game can't really be played without it.
I always thought having to retry what you just failed at as a punishment for dying was a great idea.
People actually complaining about a Zelda game? why?
At least the main games are always good (minus the cheap spin offs) and evolve with each new iteration (unlike some popular franchises) who cares about the graphical limitations the Wii presents? Zelda SS is leagues ahead of it's competition in terms of innovation and gameplay, the story isn't deep but its entertaining and the whole game keeps you griped for hours.
Before you dismiss SS all together...
I could care less what any review says, Im loving this game =)
I did not know this O.o
I got through the whole game glitch free... well other then the calibration issues.
