I know for a fact you can't broadcast/record the gameplay on ps4 (it says so when you start up the beta). It's blocked so your best bet is if someone does it with a camera.
Street Fighter (like Tekken) would only gain from a more traditional approach to story telling. I have no I idea what's even going on in either of these games. Fighting games generally fall low in the story department.
*I'm responding to your comment below*
Yeah I can enjoy if it looks great but I don't want it to look awful (not saying this is, everything I'm stating is in general for all games). If the graphics are butt ugly I'm not going to be looking at the screen for too long (it's a turn off).
I said they should never be "top" priority to the point that we lose out on features. Most don't expect games to look mind blowing but at least...
I'm positive it's going to work. MS wouldn't spend millions of dollars on servers and cloud computing if it wouldn't work.
And it's already been explained several times. The clouds servers will off load work that your X1 would usually do. The crackdown vid explained it. It was explained before that but since MS is so evil and "secret sauce" people decide not to even think about it
If that's really the case, where's the outcry and rage on this site (and others) about Sony paying money for an exclusive but when MS does it it's considered money grubbing and evil?
But graphics are a part of the game. To say they don't matter means you wouldn't complain about this game if all the models were stick figures (I'm exaggerating of course).
Graphics do matter but it should never be top priority. It should never matter to the point where features are removed (Halo 5) and the fps isn't solid (most games this gen).
It's sad that X1 players will miss out on the game because MS refuse to change their cross platform policy.
The worst part is, it'll continue to happen. I love what MS have been doing this past year with everything. Changing that policy will be another huge step for gamers.
Most of us understood why but once the U4 beta is over, no more MP for the collection. Unless they pull a "U4 MP only thing" where your level is capped just like with the standalone U3 MP.
Those with the collection can play with others when the game comes out and if they like it and want to progress, get the full game. I don't know, just throwing ideas out there.
Still, I can't wait to play this trilogy straight through. I never played the 1...
Sony refused EA Access though. That's entirely on them. Just like MS is losing out on cross plat games because of their policy.
MS had that policy before Phil became the head of Xbox gaming division. So he isn't to blame for the policy. Though I don't see any attempt from him to try and change it which would be a win win for everyone of they finally did.
"He notes a different situation with Rise of the Tomb Raider, however, since Microsoft is playing an active role in its development and publishing."
Isn't Sony playing an active role in SFV development and publishing? Even though Capcom stated they're the only reason SFV is possible (even with the buttload of DLC and several iterations of SF4). People seem to skip that part but give Sony a pass.
Back to the OT, MS needs to change their cross...
Of course there's more to it than framerate but this is a cross platform game. Which means the base game is dependent upon the least powerful device (in this case the Vita).
You expect anyone to believe this game (and the others I mentioned above) can't easily run at 60 on PS4. Trying to defend this is asinine.
They're contemplating on whether we should get an inferior version of a game that can in fact do much more on said hardware. It's just...
"don't have them go and port it and then not buy it."
That's only if they make a quality port. Locking framerate, lacking visuals, wrong button prompts, missing effects and etc. They're known for their terrible PC ports.
I have yet to buy One Piece PW3 due to this very reason and I won't support mediocrity. We're paying $60 just like everyone else.
The PS4 is far more powerful than the Vita/PS3. It's like them deciding to make One Piece PW3 or Sword Art Online 30 or 60? Make it 60. (If they're so torn about it, make it an option like TLOU RE).
We don't pay for superior hardware to get the same experience. We pay more to get more out of it.
My gawd this game would have benefited from co-op play. I love playing the Tales of series with my brothers. It's looking really good!
I don't know man. So many improvements but so many features getting removed. All for the sake of 1080/60 (of I recall)? This is literally the 1st Halo I'm not really that hyped for.
I'll get it but it probably won't be at launch and I won't be as excited as the other releases.
Now people are trying to downplay an OS upgrade. Seriously? People downplayed DX12, cloud compute, MS exclusives (all things that will improve it and gaming in general). Give credit when credit is due. This blind hate needs to stop.
Whaaaa an open world game offers hours of exploration, I had no clue! Really though, this game stuck out at e3 and I'm definetely eager to have it.
They should have allowed free roam and co-op. Would have added great value and garnered more players.
Yeah, going the blazblue/GG or MK/Injustice route would definitely be preferred. Or their own thing, so long as I know what's going on!
