Gametrailers had a different opinion, and gave their "best graphics" award to Killzone 2, does that make ign's opinion any less relevant. I can definitely respect bioware for wanting to produce the best product possible. It really makes me wonder how a developer like bioware can admit that multiplatform games limit the scope and quality of a product, when Square-Enix just announced that one of their "best" series will be going multiplatform.

Wii outsell Playstation 3? Let's put it this way, the Wii will probably outsell the Playstation for the next 3 years. But does anyone really see Wii selling consoles in 2016? Wii is selling wonderfully now, but its outdated graphics and reliance on the casual market ensure that the lifespan will be relatively short. The Playstation brand on the other hand has proven that it can last upwards of 8 years, meaning that Sony should have no problem selling Playstation 3's in 2015 and 2016.

How about we give sony the benefit of the doubt hmm? How about since none of us have never sold 100 million plus on two back to back generations of consoles we listen to someone who has. I'm not saying that we should blindly trust Sony, but since they have yet to disappoint their consumers I say give them the benefit of the doubt.

By the way, wasn't Final Fantasy VII published by Sony, making a FF7 360 remake improbable, but do to the way Square's been screwing their fanbase not completely out of the question.

Now, I'm not going to get into an argument about the reliability of vgchartz compared to NPD, but I just want to leave everyone with this thought. Vgchartz has Sony outselling Microsoft by roughly 50,000 units for North America in 2008, while NPD has Sony outselling Microsoft by about 267,000 units in North America. I'm not here to debate which set of numbers are more accurate, but I just thought I would share that with everyone =)

I just don't understand why people keep acting like Final Fantasy isn't coming to Playstation. The PS3 has, or will be getting every RPG that the 360 has with the exception of Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, and Infinite Undiscovery; however, the 360 will not be getting White Knight, Valkyria Chronicles, or Disgaea 3 which all release this year.
By the end of this year the Playstation 3 will have 4 solid JRPG titles, which should be more than enough for any gamer.

Stop acting like Final Fantasy XIII isn't coming out on playstation. I mean I could understand if Microsoft had gained some kind of exclusivity for FF XIII, or if the game was due out this year or even next year. But to act like FF XIII going multi platform is the death knoll for Sony when the Square hasn't even shown gameplay footage is ignorant.
So far, 2008 has been the year of the playstation, and with their upcoming line up and blu rays first christmas as the dominant form...
I think it's funny, when you don't count God of War 3 and Killzone 2 on the playstation side because you say they won't be coming out soon, even though they both have confirmed releases of early 2009, but you count Star Ocean 4 when it doesn't have a specific release date.
