Well Playstation 3 outsold 360 by about 180,000 last month, so I guess you should be impressed =)

Actually Microsoft already dropped the price in Europe earlier this year, and while they did see a sales increase, they were still outsold by Sony's playstation 3 by quite a wide margin.
Well have fun waiting because releasing this on the 360 in Japan would do nothing but exacerbate Sega's losses. Valkyria Chronicles sold more than Lost Odyssey, and yet it's already a failure? Wait for the American and European sales before you make statements like that

At 87 weeks the PS3 is at about 15 million, and at 87 weeks the PS2 was at about 16 million. That's great news for Sony considering the PS3's high price tag and sluggish start in comparison to the PS2's.
Is that really considered winning? I'm starting to think that people buy consoles based on how well their selling instead of how many games are available for said console.

At this time last year, the difference was upward of 9 million, so I don't know where you're getting your numbers. If Sony's able to decrease the lead from 10 to 5 million in under a year at a higher price point than the competition, no killer exclusive titles, and a struggling blu-ray format, imagine what Sony will be able to do at a cheaper price point, with AAA titles, and blu-ray as the dominant format.

The attachment ratio of the Wii is barely above that of the PS3's, and the Wii's attachment ratio includes Wii Sports, which is bundled with every Wii. If you were to take out this one piece of software, the Wii's attach ratio falls by quite a hefty percentage. Also the other "games" attributing to the Wii's attach ratio include Wii Fit, and Wii Play, which in my opinion are not even games. Take out those three pieces of software and the Wii's attach ratio is abysmal
I completely agree with you Name. If MGS went to 360 the sales would be abysmal do to a lack of interest. By the time it came out for 360 everyone that wanted to buy MGS will have already bought it. Metal Gear Solid 2 is a perfect example, after the PS2 version went on to sell 6 and a half million copies the x box version didn't pass the 500,000 mark.
Also, keep in mind that the only place a port for the 360 actually makes sense is the American market, due to the 360 death in ...
All Im saying is that Metal Gear Solid has already managed to outsell every 360 exclusive with the exception of Gears and Halo, and yet it's not selling well? My post wasn't meant to be a comparison with other titles, but seriously if you think selling 3 million copies in about a month is bad you need to rethink your conception of good.

I don't remember anybody saying that Zerodin. I don't think that anyone would make a claim like that seeing as how the 360 has outsold the playstation in Japan twice prior to this occasion (blue dragon and ace combat). The real question is, the week Metal Gear Solid 4 pushed Playstation 3 sales to 80,000 in Japan where were the "PS3 demolishes 360" articles?
