If they make a Darksiders 3 they need to do something different with the loot/abilities. The first game only handed out new stuff as it was needed, and there was very little reason to backtrack or explore with your new powers. The second game had random loot drops which quickly made unique equipment obsolete.
I like that playing War and Death felt very different from the other, and I hope they continue that trend with any potential sequels. I would like to see a sandbox sty...
Games which need an iteration in the current generation:
Soul Calibur (with an expansive roster),
Bushido Blade (my hill to die on),
War of the Monsters (come on Sony),
Darkstalkers (filtered through Street Fighter V),
Samurai Showdown/Spirits ("My boiling blood bubbles for battle."),
Power Stone (and a resurgence of 3D arena fighters),
Primal Rage (and more kaiju-base...
"All fear Tam Tam. Tam Tam is kind. But children run from me."
If the "fixes" are behind a pay wall, then they don't fix anything for me. I need to be convinced of a reason to spend more money on Destiny, and so far I haven't been.
Your VO is bad and you should feel bad.</meme>
That bow looks great. I love the juxtaposition of high tech materials, polished wood, braided leather, and tribal decoration. I would definitely buy a functional version of that bow.
Dreadlocks are a style embraced by the Rastafarian religion, but they didn't originate the hairstyle. Dreads (more or less) are what naturally happens to human hair which is of a certain length and is allowed to become matted together into clumps. It happens naturally in both straight and tightly curled hair if the right conditions are met.
It would make sense as a hairstyle if this is a Blanka redesign.
I think the best way to give Superman mechanical character growth isn't for him to discover any of his core powers (he should have those from the start), but a lot of mechanical depth can be plumbed by creative power combinations and stunting. Only experience can teach him all the interesting applications of his super powers, and those are what players can unlock to facilitate a growing power curve.
The Arkham games already set a precedent of re-imagining the DC universe. It really wouldn't be that big of a departure to portray Supes at his early Golden-Age power level, or go with something like the Justice League/Unlimited incarnation where he isn't much stronger than Wonder Woman and Shazam. Superman doesn't need to be the absolute best at everything (in fact I would argue he shouldn't be the best at any single thing at all). He just needs to have a S-tier combination...
All of the SF characters look like reflections in a funhouse mirror. I'm pretty sure they would be pretty nightmare-inducing if you saw them IRL if they maintained their in game proportions.
I've felt for a while now that we need a souls-like with a persistent, shared world where new areas keep emerging from the fog. I had hoped that a Dragon's Dogma sequel was going to develope in that direction.
What are the chances this game will have officially sanctioned mod support?
That was one of the elements I felt was most lacking in EU/EW. I put about 400 hours into those, and not being able to add new assets meant the maps and enemies were getting pretty stale for me towards the end.
I hope this new game is more mod-friendly than EU/EW was. Modders definitely need to be able to add new assets, and it would be a great move if the game included official modding tools.
"Could be a coincidence."
That is what the subsequent studies have found. When controlled for expectation bias, there is no evidence of women's menstrual cycles synchronizing.
"women's menstrual cycles align with each others when they spend time together in the same vicinity"
That is a myth. That doesn't actually happen, and was a flawed/biased conclusion drawn from a study which has been repeatedly debunked.
Zilla was a punk, and should never be anything more than a historic footnote.
There has been too much hype. Too much pain. But I have an honorable compromise. Just walk away.
"I'm the guy who carries Mr. Dead in his pocket."
I almost lost my mind when I recognized Evetta Muradasilova (who voiced The Maiden In Black) in the trailer.
I really want to love this game, but it is sooo grind-y. Also, the real money pricing is out of control.
