I RETURNED my first PS3 from FEB-MAR of 2007 because I wasn't paying $600 for a machine that couldn't play a DVD to the end without locking up! (and got an unbelievable deal on another 60gig model just a few months later after the E3 price reduction)
In addition to one Excellent Elite...I, in fact, own two PS3's now after the $250 holiday deal.
Both consoles are FUN...and fun is ALL this should be...
For a genuine comment that respects all gamers choices.
What I care about is great games, and am glad each console has so many to choose from.
The Wii for instance was not my taste in gaming, and while I've joked about 'encouraging donations to my Wii missionary work' it's just that, a joke.
If you have more than one console, you can enjoy the best variety of games today.
