Yet Forza Horizons 3 beats the shit out of any PC driving game i have ever seen.

Upscaling is better than native to produce more fps.

Some things are an expensive development. Kinect was most definately expensive to develop. It pushed the price up way high.

With the scorpio requiring much less r and d and the ui and software already in place, it should be quite a bit cheaper than xb1 launch.

A common mistake that anybody who has never played Forza makes.
The game engine is a Sim.
The default drive settings make it appear an arcade racer, but as soon as you turn them off you'll discover that it is a sim through and through.
And a very good one at that.
The Crew is absolute garbage compared to Forza Horizon 2, and FH3 just keeps showing us improvements in the FH series.

I was lucky enough to play the full game 2 weeks ago.
Its not only the best racer this gen, its the best racer i have played yet. Period.
The opening drive that introduces you to the game is a work of beautiful art, and the game just keeps getting better after that point forwards.
I wont be buying a ps4pro but if i were to buy a console now, the ps4pro would be it.

My plan is to wait for Scorpio and buy that, but yea, no, the ps4p wins over the xb1s for gaming.
The games will be developed side by side, but the scorpio version will have a more stable framerate, slightly better graphical effects, and longer draw distances etc
Other than that, not much difference.
Having already tried vr on the ps4 i can honestly say it is very underwhelming.
Sure the graphics will get boosted on the pro to what i tried, but the field of vision is not great.
Vr on the scorpio will be infinately better since you can plug any vr headset into it.
Vive and Rift are way better than ps4 vr.
Impressive.

Anybody with half a brain cell knows that updating old assets for a half finished game is much harder than creating a new game.
The graphics and gameplay look very outdated.
The game is a great idea from 10 years ago that simply doesnt hold water in todays era.
