4k 30fps or 1080p 60fps is the choices many or most devs will provide.
The only difference is the Scorpio will do it better, with much higher draw distances or ultra settings instead of high / medium.

The attachment rate on XB1 games has been higher this whole gen.

Because DDR3 ram can stream data faster than GDDR5 ram.
Open World games have the advantage on XB1 over PS4 due to GDDR5 needing data to be preloaded rather than streamed.
PS4 owners tend to ignore these facts though.

It is game content that provides the experience. Without new blockbuster games, you dont get new blockbuster experiences. Longevity hinders progression.
Game and software innovation on consoles are show far superior progression on consoles.

Consoles are progressive, PC's are regressive.
Battlefront combined daily peaks of around 50k, which for todays fragmented market, is still considered a high number.
If you break that down, only around 5k is on PC. So its fair to say the PC version is dead, but console thrives.
