Nope.
The crown to the best selling consoles goes to Nintendo.
Historically, software has a been ahead of hardware.
Developers always have to develop for the power of the hardware they have available to them.
We are starting to approach a point in time where this is slowly changing, and we will arrive at a point in time where hardware limits will no longer exist.
It won't be long where a new console is irrelevant in terms of today's games and there will no longer be a market for new console...
Always buy a TV with low input lag if you want to game.
TV's generally have better picture options than monitors so you can tweak to your liking. Playing at 20ms input lag is perfectly fine.
Damnnnn...
You know the X has absolutely smashed the competition out the sky when Sony Foundry sings its praises.
Sometimes you can hear the reviewer grit his teeth while he is forced to admit the X is heads and shoulders above everything else.
Honestly.
Some will try it of course. Some will think it's great. Some won't.
I doubt either way many would care if it was released or not.
MS have so many games in the store that one more won't make any difference whatsoever.
VR in general was backed into a corner the moment Devs forgot people live in normal houses and not 30 foot by 30 foot empty space game rooms.
Create commercially viable VR games where you need to sit down and you would have had a winner.
Whilst I really enjoyed inquisition, it was one of the best rpg's I've played, there is really no need to spend money on a full priced rpg any more.
The market is saturated with them. And there are some very good ones that are free on the app stores.
@MeteorPanda
The kickstand might not be the best, sure, but it does work.
You flip it out, use it to stand the switch upright, flip it back in.
It is perfectly functioning.
Yes I admit it is weak, but it does work fine.
Not really.
There is literally no reason whatsoever for needing to buy anything extra for the Switch.
Nintendo give you exactly what you need straight out the box.
If you choose to plug your Switch into other devices, the consequences are on you.
Nope nope and more nope.
Yes.
No.
You didn't read anything.
And then you'll be able to buy gold with real money.
One of the reasons I dislike most sandbox games is big maps... With no content in them.
And by content I mean story and meaning. Not grind and fetch and repeat quests.
Easy.
Consumer looks for "gaming" PC.
Only finds inflated Nvidia options.
Thinks "fuck this. I'm not spending 2,500 for a top gaming machine or 1,000 for a mid gaming machine. I'll get a Pro or X for third of the price".
AMD comes out a winner due to their console hardware contributions.
Good for console sales.
Sony bots.
Seriously.
The Switch outselling by volume all the Sony or MS machines ever released in the first 12 months is mightily impressive.
Most successful console ever in the first 12 months... The Switch.
Nobody could have predicted that.
Android runs on Linux though.
How is this different?
Games are fun.
Saying they are "good for you" is extremely far fetched.
