Console hardware is custom built so that it can literally be manipulated in the most efficient way possible by the OS.
They are far more optimised than PC's which is why the XB1X see's results close to a 1080ti on your TV even though it only has half the physical power.
Exclusives by themselves don't sway anybody.

IF the answer to that is yes AND the games are ALSO exclusives then that machine is a winner.
