If exclusives matter, then the winner by a clear mile is the Switch.
If best hardware matters then it's the XBox.
If volume of console sales matter, then it's the PS4.
If revenue matters, then it's M$.

Consistent 30fps is always better than an inconsistent 30-60fps.
The change in a variable fps is very noticeable and off putting.
