Looks good. Haven't seen anything that made this next gen so far. Seems like this could be done on current gen with little less graphical fidelity. Could be wrong as the game progresses. Nevertheless, only concern is that Returnal doesn't get repetitive. Love Metroid and hopefully this takes it one step further. Other planets would be cool and variety in enemies or creatures. This could be the beginning of a great series.
Fastest selling with not a system selling game. Oh my how times have changed....
I am with you on the Next Gen version of CyberPunk but I am concerned that they are wasting their time trying to fix the previous gen version of a game that is broken at its core. Is the game fun? Yes, in parts but not as a whole. We can clearly see from the game that it was too massive of a scope for not only the previous gen hardware but also a task too big for CDPR team and their timeline. This game was soo poorly managed that they should have invested all of the resources into the next ge...
Ninja Gaiden 3 was a disgrace to the series. Razor Edge couldn't save it. Its why he says he has lots of feelings about it. We had one feeling. It sucked. I kept the first two because those games are incredible. Such a shame Team Ninja did not build on these games the right way. The first one is the best. Once Itagaki left that was pretty much it for this series. Shame really. Story was never a huge strength of the series but only got worse.
Look for CD to make up by creating the multi-player. This city is big, tons of places to go and hide. It's mostly empty now it less cars. It's ripe for a multi-player. I stated it about a week ago and rumor has it that's what they are doing. Waited for 1.2 patch, what a disappointment. Done with Cyberpunk and done with CD P-Red.
Well, I kept the game thinking they would get it right by now.....Nope. Have they addressed a number of issues? Yes. But keep in mind how bad a state this game was in at launch. They are basically fixing stuff to make the game playable. They are not fixing stuff to make the game better. Fundamentally the game is broken. BTW, this latest HUGE patch still haven't fix several big issues. Number one, the game still crashes, not as often but in certain moments. There are still floating objects...
Wow! Fighting games are sad. No innovation despite the power of upgraded consoles now two maybe three generations. People really need to stop buying this crap Its the only way they will change it.
Agreed. What a dumb article. If you gonna make points about why to buy an XBOX Series at least have some legit ones to make gamers actually have to think about it.
It will be interesting to see if this urban warfare will be enough to keep folks playing. How many houses and streets will be enough for one to clear. They will really need to mix it up so its not repetitive. Not sure how they will do it.
Glad for the industry that consoles are selling out but I have no desire to buy one yet. There isn't one game yet on either console that is a system seller IMO. Playing the same games with higher FPS isn't attractive enough and only available if your tv can support it. The few pixel increases from my PS4 Pro and XBX1X isn't worth the price of admission. Kudos to those who do think so and enjoying it.
Only bummer for me now is that due to the success of dropping ...
One name is all you need to know...Phil Harrison. How does he do it? Clearly a bigger issue with the industry
Here's the thing. If you are fixing a broken game and in fixing it you broke it some more, well that just lets everyone know you have no idea what the **** you are doing from the very begininng.
Compared to the previous Mass Effect, this game is every bit as bad as the reviews claimed it to be. Without the Mass Effect name on it, its decent. Should of just called it Andomeda and leave off the Mass Effect.
We all know why it got those awards and it wasn't for being the best game. This is why the gaming media is a joke. It doesn't reflect the taste of the gaming community at large. The first game was better though the controls on this one improved. Still God of War was a better game. I personally preferred Ghost of Tsushima though some would disagree.
All in all, Sony is killing it with the single player AAA exclusive games. For that alone I am happy it won those award...
How many ways does it have to be said and constantly proven that MS XBOX team need smarter people in their building. They just don't get it on a number of things. Why would anyone think they can raise the price without giving value or at least perceived value to the customer? Its like they don't believe consumers have options and they have no competitors. These folks are delusional or they are desperate since the math must not be adding up for GamePass.
No real fir...
A lot of but*hurt fool on these gaming threads. They take criticisms of a gaming company like if they owned it or work for them. You can't have rational discussions with these tools because in there twisted world they are always right or a victim. They seek attention, just ignore them. The more attention you give them the worse they get.
What did you expect from a company that can't make great AAA first party games. Halo, Gears and Forza. Until they can make new games to go along with these 3 that have fell off the AAA (except for Forza) standing, expect a lot of smoke and mirrors. Look no further than their previous presentations.
I won't do it again. Until they show me real AAA exclusive games, I'll keep using my XBOX1X.
I appreciate this video. He didn't have to do it but he took responsibility for it unlike a lot of crappy games we have gotten from other companies that never gets fixed after paying $60 bucks. I'm sure he realizes that they have lost a lot of respect, credibility and business from gamers far and wide. I'm sure that's the purpose of this video.
What's cool about it now is he has put his company's *** on the line with this video. If they don't get...
Not sure about the story but this looks legit. Graphics looks great but I expect more for next-gen. Yes, I await judgement until the final product in March. This game just make we want a real Aliens game where you don't always have to hide.
Well CDPR has a number of issues after this complete debacle of a game in Cyberpunk2077. None bigger than the loss of confidence by gamers in their ability to produce a AAA title. I'm surprised the game made $13M but that was mainly due to the hype created for this game. To be honest, even if they fix all the bugs for the next-gen version which I believe they can do, the game is still broken at its core. Do yourself a favor and look at the videos comparing GTA V to Cyberpunk2077. Keep in ...
