If MS and the XBOX team had any clue on how to make a AAA single player game, I would be hopeful for this game. The only thing that give this hope is that they brought in the guy from all the Tomb Raider games to head up this Initiative Studio. We will see if MS lets him do as he pleases or it will be another heavy handed RARE type situation.

Well as I've said a few times on several other post, MS and the XBOX team speak to a different type of gamer than me. I have made the decision not to buy another XBOX console until they show me several games worth investing into their new XBOX Series X. Stop reading article or watching videos interviewing Phil Spencer. Yeah, it took me a while, 3 generations of buying XBOX consoles to realize that Phil speaks to certain type of gamers. I'm not one of them. Should have figured it out earlier but I enjoyed some of the games especially on the 360.

Yup, its beyond clear that MS think they know what most gamers want but in reality they do not. Console gamers are different than PC gamers but MS think that all gamers are the same no matter the hardware they use so lets give them their games.....MS why not become a 3rd party to all the console and PC and quit the hardware space and stop making a console of your own.
