4K on PC. That's REAL "Next-Gen".

PS3/360 have half the RAM of Wii U and are getting third party games that Wii U isn't getting.

It's financials, not power. The big publishers, the suits, the people who've never touched game development personally, are the ones who determine what game goes where.

Run = Play the game in some form with all the core content of the game.

When Aliens Colonial Marines flopped, and got cancelled for Wii U, suddenly Gearbox now hates the Wii U and thinks it's too weak.

Likely trying to divert negativity from themselves to draw focus away from how Aliens Colonial Marines was a lie. Wii U is an easy way to take focus away from third party incompetence.

The only reason is that they want to see the game take advantage of PS4/XBO power but what will they do to this Kingdom Hearts game that isn't impossible on Wii U? These people need to accept that console tech got to a point of diminishing returns and the only stuff they will get from these consoles is more polished versions of last-gen games. Third parties aren't that creative. The specs give them space to have sloppier programming. Just drop the graphic quality, and optimize for the...

Eonjay, that's wrong. He never even mentioned Wii U. The media blew it out of proportion to get more clicks.

Hell yes.. There are Kingdom Hearts fans on Nintendo systems. Heck, bring it to Wii U with 3DS connectivity to extra content from KH3D and sell even more games.

Third parties will never support Wii U. This problem started a looong time ago. As soon as third parties saw a better platform for their games than Nintendo's (Playstation), they jumped ship. Heck even in the NES/SNES days Nintendo's policies severely limited third parties.

The third party audience for Nintendo consoles slowly died when they jumped to Sony/Microsoft, and now there aren't many third party fans left on Nintendo consoles. So despite Nintendo getting...

You know what else is dead? English. You just killed it.

No, because there are still third party games coming out for Wii U.

So not only does it not run at a locked 60FPS, it doesn't run at 1080p either?

Wow...

I don't care what anyone says, 15 months of relatively bad performance isn't enough to be a failure in a 72 - 84 year long console generation. Wii U's failure isn't a foregone conclusion.

Wii U has had a GREAT lineup for 15 months on the market. Nintendo could get out of this if they play their cards right. The problem is that they aren't intent on changing... As soon as they actually change and actually start making decisions that make an impact, we'...

I've seen more hateful things from Sony/Microsoft fanboys than i've seen from Nintendo fanboys.

I agree with some of these.

I wonder if they'll announce Wii U's date along with them.

Dang man you gotta hand it to them. They played their cards right. They make used games look like a system seller and sold the console off of specs, rather than games. They probably pay the media to hide their failures (like losing billions and firing thousands) which is a brilliant business move.

I think Sony will get back to profit based off of the confidence they created in the consumer.

Glad this is here.

Sony thought they could get away with an upgraded PS3, and it worked. Whadaya know?
